Brought a changing table to sell and waited for no reason for them to put it together. They will call you when they are done.
I was very impressed with the selection of clothing they had for kids

I absolutely love your store. I, unfortunately, live near the Joliet location… Your store is so so so much better. Great selections, you don’t have so much merchandise packed together, extremely organized, friendly staff, nicer and more courteous fellow customers, everything about it is better.

Brand new store and as of right now still has that brand new feel/​smell. Very clean, staff overall has been outstanding, selection is very good, and as of right now what more could one want. I’m sure like anywhere else and keep in mind this a second hand store, they’re not going to jump when you say jump or serve coffee. However for basic questions, etc it’s a good experience as of right now. Definitely will be going back.
FYI. It is a newer store so like they may have the selection that my family needs, while talking to the staff, they’re still trying to build their inventory up. And they’re in business to make a profit, so if you’re looking to sell your stuff for top dollar, chances are you wont get it here, but if you’re planning to donate and things are in good condition, there is a good opportunity to walk away with a couple of dollars in your pocket.

Like others have said, this is definitely the best location in the area. I live in Naperville and will drive to Bolingbrook just to buy/​sell here. Very clean and much more organized than you would expect from a resale shop. I only buy clothes that look almost new and I always find really cute stuff for my baby here.

This is by far the cleanest and most organized Once Upon a Child I’ve ever been too! The items are in very good condition and very well displayed! The workers are so helpful and friendly, even the music was better here! Will definitely be going back!

This is a nice, neat and clean Once Upon A Child. The staff is friendly and professional. I do shop many of these stores so comparatively the staff here is courteous and professional. The selection is smaller than some but it is fairly priced compared to others – there are a few that mark up Brand Names very high (most of the time you can by new on sale cheaper at the actual store) but not here the prices seem very consistent brand to brand. I do understand the buying concept they bought most of my items and I was compensated better than garage sale prices which I was happy with because I am never having a garage sale-​lol and it is out of my house.

DON’T EVER sell anything here. We sold $ 300 worth of items and received less than $ 30 for it. My husband went when they told us the price and if it were me, I would have said HELL NO!!! I called first thing in the morning to try to ask for the items back and they said no.
Thanks, I’ll never be selling there again!

By far the best Once Upon a Child I’ve been too. The store is extremely clean and very well organized. The staff was friendly, and we found great selection of clothing and toys. We’ll definitely be revisiting.
