My two grown daughters and I went to this location for our 3^rd and final time this past weekend. One of my daughters ask to have her bracelet cleaned, a service we ALWAYS receive at Fox Valley and Oakbrook but this store claimed to be too busy and refused. This same thing occurred the last time we were in. The sales girl was tepid, dry, and a mope she seemed almost lazy. We were ready to spend Our money but she seemed uninterested. My oldest daughter did spend over 100.00 before making sure we were all done our salesgirl dismissed us and called the next customer. Her loss… we went to Fox Valley and spent our money there. We also got my daughters bracelet cleaned! Save yourself the trip… skip this location go to FV or OB much better salesgirls and customer service!
