I love this place! It’s not just my place of employment (yes I do work here) but the vibe is so friendly here and everybody has a great time and is like family! So come check us out! We have great drink specials, a brand new drink menu, and awesome staff and food! I recommend the philly cheesesteak, bonita turkey wrap, and the fish and chips! We also show all sporting events and the UFC fights! Come say hello!

Question… The reviews sound great for AllStars. Can someone let me know if it’s a great place to watch AND listen to the games? I’m interested in finding a place to watch NBA playoffs, have some grub, drinks and actually listen to the game as well.

Came here on a Sunday night because we wanted a nice, fun, relaxing place to do hookah and this place was perfect!

My husband and I live in East Chula Vista and wanted to have a quick breakfast without driving too far and waiting in long lines on a Sunday. We have wanted to try out this place for a while and finally did this past weekend. The breakfast menu is not very big, but the items we ordered were delicious. My husband had the all meat omelet with hash browns & toast. He cleaned his plate! I had the all-​you-​can eat waffles and they were big, yet delicious! The hostess/​waitress was very pleasant & accommodating. Not a good place to bring kids, but a great place to grab a delicious breakfast with a group of adults. We’ll be back!

After what happened to me and my friend, the owner took it upon himself to contact me and invite us back as a second chance to make up for what happened. We were really hesitant on going because we wanted nothing to do with this place.
I have to say though, I honestly cannot believe the turn around they made for us! Attentive, caring, apologetic, and literally pampered us. Their food was great as well as their hookah and beer selection. I cannot be more grateful to the owner for really showing how much he cares about his business as well as OUR business… Or server Jessica was THE BEST!
Her smile was inviting, and her vibes were so welcoming. Even when we walked through the doors we were greeted. I LOVE our genuine greeting upon entry because it acknowledges our presence and invites us in with open arms.
I have told my friends about this place and how their service has turned around for the better and to go!

The potato skins were delicious with sour cream and the grilled chicken sandwich was amazing! The chicken was so tender and juicy, and the lettuce crispy topped with avocado was just perfection in my mouth!
I really hope more people go as it is local and friendly as well as delicious and fairly priced!
Will definitely be returning with more people because I couldn’t help but brag about how special they all made us felt.

Great second time back. After me and my friend got locked in the bar and were left alone inside after closing, the owner called us and invited us back. He was so sweet and genuinely was concerned for us as cliental, not only was the food great but our server (jessica if I’m correct was her name) was so sweet and attentive. Working in the industry, i understand wanting to go home after work but you should never leave guests feeling rushed and leave without double checking someone is still in your bar, needless to say everyone made up for it our second visit back and completely turned my opinion around. It was a great time, and everyone showed they really care about their business and
guests!

Stopped in here for the first time last weekend for grub and libations with the hubs. We were very pleased with our visit.
Our server was friendly and fast, as was the food. We started off with some potato skins, which were pretty darned yummy. They weren’t greasy and had just the right amount of toppings. The Nicey Spicey burger I had was great. Not the biggest patty (doesn’t need to be for me), but it was really tasty and all the fixings were super fresh. I like the style of fries they serve (almost shoestring) and they were cooked perfectly without being greasy. The hubs had a Rueben that put a lot of others I’ve seen to shame! Lots of meat and the bread was grilled to perfection.
They don’t have a huge craft beer list, but it’s perfectly sufficient for the size of the bar.
We’ll definitely be back. Can’t wait to sit out on the patio for our next visit!

Red is exellent! I was unfortunate to have a bartender named… shame on you jessica. had thee worst service. I’m still waiting for my drink. 15min on a slow night.

Meh. Yes it’s a dive bar so what do you expect?
Food took forever to arrive no joke about 30 minutes. Not sure if our waitress was truly with it. How hard to remember a G&T, Chardonnay and apple ale?
Hummus was overly peppery. Potato skins were greasy. Tortilla soup was runny. Would not have been so bad if it had not taken forever for food to arrive.
Won’t be back.

Came here with co-​workers after work one Friday. We were barely on round two with our drinks and having good laughs when one of the waitresses comes up to us and tells us to keep it down because another patron said we were being too loud. True story. I’ve never been to a bar, let alone a sports bar, where they tell you you’re being too loud. If that patron wanted quiet, they should have walked across the street to the Bonita library. Lol. Needless to say, they lost 8 customers who would have otherwise become regulars. :/

It was okay … There were some regulars at the bar who were happily tipsy. Based on the great comments on Amy the waitress I expected more than a sullen bordering-​on-​rude customer service. Cute little sports bar though… lots of tv screens.

The neighborhood sports bar! We stopped in to watch a Monday night football game. I passed by here thousands of times on the way home. Way back in the day, I went here in high school when it was just a hookah lounge. I thought, let’s check it out!
The menu is long and truly represents a sports bar variety. We started with buffalo wings: is there a better test for a sports bar? They certainly passed the test. Good sauce, crunchy wings, and came with all the usuals. We also tried the nachos on the app menu, and it was just cheese and chips with salsa and sour cream. I realized after you could add meat to the dish, you live and learn.
The service was AMAZING! The beers were quick to our table and the bartenders checked in on a regular basis. You could tell many regulars visit this place, as they all know each other by name. I think what makes the difference with this place is the staff and their great service. I will be back to watch a game again!

We came here for lunch. We were near the area. We left Plaza Bonita and Unilocal brought us here.
As we entered the restaurant, there was a party going on. Balloons were all over the restaurant. There’s a bar right as you enter, so if you’re looking for a place to drink alcohol, they offer it here.
We got waters to drink. Trying to be good about not drinking too much sodas. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was filled with meat and melted cheese with chopped up green peppers and onions. It was inside between two toasted up buns. I took a bite and it was good. It was a tad hot meaning that there was too much pepper. Too much pepper can ruin food. A touch of pepper would have been fine. Other than that, there was lots of meat in it. Very tasty. The French fries were crunchy and thin. Pretty descent for French fries. Overall, it was okay.
My daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs and two slices of garlic bread. She liked the bread but didn’t care for the spaghetti. She’s very picky. She also got a pineapple juice but she told me it tasted bad so I took a sip and it was super sour juice which means it was old and spoiled. I even took a sip to see and we had to complain to the waitress, so she was nice enough to replace her drink with chocolate milk. That was nice of her.
Waitress was nice about refilling our waters and my daughter got a coloring book and crayons while we waited for our food. Service was pretty good but food was average which is why I only gave this place three stars. They also have kids menus. Overall experience was okay.

My wife and I come in twice a week. We are Padre fans. Don’t care much about the Yankees, but we like our New York bartender Red. She is the reason why we keep coming back. Highly recommend the Philly Steak sandwich!

Came here to have some drinks after dinner and to watch a game. This bar had many TVs so their could be multiple games on cater to customers. The bartender was friendly. We didn’t order anything fancy, we just had a couple beers. This place was chill, it’s a pretty cool spot to hang out with friends.
