They need new cooks all the steaks were undercooked not even to a safe level of consumption. Took 10 mins to get ranch Usually a fan of Applebee’s this location draws the line!

Good food! Service okay. But the male server took him so long to give our receipt and assumed the remaining $ 7 change is his to keep. No he did not give us back our change. To avoid embarrassment we just let it go. This guy pretends he’s really nice and at the end that’s how he gets you with your change! I hope he will get corrected for this to let the customer decide first.

This place isn’t the best and it’s not the worst. It’s okay. My son seems to really like the pasta from here and the service isn’t so bad either. Delicious strawberry lemonade.

This Applebee’s in particular is the only one I go to and I usually only go for the special deals like the lunch deal thing or the half off appetizers haha. It’s a small place so it can get packed pretty fast… especially during happy hour or at night. If I could afford it, I’d come more often but that would probably be bad haha. The food is good… anything I ever ordered never disappoints. If your a fan of chicken tortilla soup, I would recommend it.

I came with my daughter and friends and I am loving their new revamped menu. My favorite part is appetizers. My favorite is a the siracha shrimp and a double crispy chicken wings. My server was awesome drinks were always refilled. I never had to wait for anything on our server checked in on us quite frequently. I have to go back for the grilled chicken wonton tacos as well also happy hour at all football games

This is a horrible place to go today 10312015 I went with my family to go eat and I had the worst experience I have ever had we waited for a good hr and a half to get a table so once we got called to go to the table we followed and the table was too small so had to go wait again to get a larger table to accommodate my family. After we were seated we waited for our server to come to get our drinks for about 20 mins. Our food was the part were I really got upset we waited for a hour to get 1 kids burger mac and cheese and a pizza my fiancé got her pasta order faster than any food kept asking the waiter for status of food but he said his kitchen was too busy and was totally fine with us canceling all our order still payed 50 dlls for nothing but a bad time I will never come to this place again even the manager was rude Wish I had negative stars they deserve that

I have been to this Applebees a few times and my food and service has always been way better than what I was expecting. I always joke and call it Crapplebees(because duhhh, I’m suuuuuper mature), but I am actually starting to like Applebees as an alternative to fast food when I’m in a hurry but want something that I know is consistent. My husband and I came here for lunch after shopping in the mall and we really enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive, and nice — despite the restaurant being pretty busy, and overall it was a solid lunch. To start, I ordered a small cesar salad and the lettuce was super fresh, and had the perfect amount of dressing and cheese. For my entrée, I had the pepper crusted sirloin with whole grains and it was SOGOOD. My steak was cooked perfectly and the whole meal was a delicious, garlicky, concoction that I would definitely order again. If you like spinach, garlic, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes, I’m like 99% certain that you will like this dish. My husband got a 9oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes and uhmmm something else? I don’t remember what else though. haha Either way, he really liked his lunch and says he would order it again… Side note, I let him try my food and he agreed that it was super good. Applebees also has a decent happy hour, so that’s worth checking out too.

Food has lost its value no flavor veggies were not even cooked and they were cold! My server hanna was NOT doing a great job as being our waiter she only came to bring out food and our check didnt even see on how our food was if we needed a refil or napkins NOTHING! she kept just walking by our table I wont be coming back here anymore not worth my money or time to spend here! what sucks about happy hour here is u have to be at the small ass bar to get the deals on the drinks, What if i wanted to order food there is no room to fit anything with everyone cramped so close! worthless! Not an enjoyable atmosphere

My father is fan of most(if not all) American franchise restaurants. This include the Applebee’s restaurant. So it was of no surprise that my father wanted to go around lunch time to try the famous 2 for $ 20 deals. Applebee’s at this location isn’t that bad. However, my father is in a wheelchair so the entrance was very small. There were wheelchair friendly tables available because the main floor was full so we had to opt for a table on a «mini second floor». Was a little disappointed because the ramp is located in front of the bathroom and waiting area. It was a bit difficult to get my father up the ramp because there were waiting chairs blocking the ramp. I frown on that. :( My father ordered the ribs while I ordered the pasta for the 2 for $ 20 deal. The food was pretty good, just okay. Nothing special, but you get what you pay for. They also have this thing called«TED» a sort of ipad at your table to call your waiter over to refill drinks, extra appetizers, and pay your bill. However, it is a great concept except it takes away from the experience with your servers. When we paid the bill the waiter automatically ran our card on the ted system. It shows which tips you could choose. We normally tip based on interaction with our servers but I don’t like the fact that your server could see what you put down before you even sign the bill. (Another fact: they have games and apps available on the ted system… but its pointless because you have to pay for every single one of them. WHY do that when we have phones?) I guess to sum it up. Applebee’s has a great food deal. But their approach to upgrade to a new«tech» system… needs to be fixed. I liked it better when its advertised as a neighborhood franchise. I don’t think I want to come back… better luck trying another one of «America’s restaurants»

Man what happen to the food at this place? I use to love this place back in the day. It’s the place most of us brought our first girlfriend to in junior high & then high school hoping to impress her & then get lucky later. Then when you got married you’ll bring you’re wife for a drink & some wings & hope you get lucky again that’s if you buy her enough drinks. Those were good days with good food. And to me those days are over now for Apple Bees. The customer service is still good tho. From the time we came in the girls were nice & polite & the waiter was very attentive & fast & friendly. Even one of the mangers checked on us & brought us our drinks & was very nice. Customer service was very good all the way around. But the food is just different & I was told the wing recipe was changed & the menu even says its Double Crunchy hot wings. Well they tasted dry I guess that would happen if there double crunchy. I’m not s fan, I use to love to come to get there juicy hot tender wings now I get dry hard wings that if my grandma would bite into them she break her fake teeth or dentures. And there Slider burgers well they should of called them«Crunchy Sliders» cuz that’s what they were crunchy & burned the meat was black. Fries were colder then a polar bear’s toe nails. Ribs also slightly over cooked. We ate most of our food cuz we were starving luckily & luckily we didn’t lose or chip any teeth. And we didn’t complain there cuz I don’t like complaining at a restaurant & making a scene I’d rather just not go again & Unilocal.Plus the workers were great it was just the cooks that need to stop making everything crunchy & Apple Bees needs to go back to there old recipes for some of there items. It seems like there trying to hard to be all fancy & to me it’s not working. I use to love Apple Bees but me & my wife have decided after now trying it a few times that now we probably won’t come back for awhile or ever. We had some good times Apple Bees & you help me improve my sex life back in the day thank you but it’s time for me to move on & eat somewhere else. Good luck with you’re «Crunchy» food.

I’ve only ever come here for HH ~ apps are pretty good, drinks are all right. HH is daily 3 – 6 and 9-close. At this location you must sit in the bar area to get HH pricing, I’ve been to others where is applies to the entire restaurant. About 10:30 Saturday night, the bar area was the only area people were seated leaving the rest of the restaurant empty. We were told out party of 5 would have to wait 10 – 15 minutes for a spot in the bar area but it was more like 5 minutes. Andre was our server and he did a great job! We asked up front for separate checks and it wasn’t a problem. During HH they have 5 apps for half price ~ wonton chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla, cheese sticks, boneless wings & spinach & artichoke dip. A variety of discounted drinks are also available. I LOVE the wonton chicken tacos! Plenty of tv’s in the bar area, perfect for sporting events.

Now I know why this place has such few stars. My sister and I had to do a little quick shopping and stopped here for dinner. The wait time is never under 20 minutes and we went during the week. Expect to wait for a table for at least an hour on weekends. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and when we were seated they handed us menus and her the kiddie menu with a crayon. I hadn’t paid attention until my sister mentioned it but they gave my child a peach crayon which we all know is very light and doesn’t appear to very well on white paper. My sister politely asked our server if we could have another crayon. This might have set him off because he brought us 5 crayons and just placed them on the table. I ordered my daughter’s meal and decided to try one of the Maple Bacon Chicken Piadini because it was a new item featured on their menu. My sister wanted to try their mac & cheese. I ordered a beer that took forever to arrive but our server explained that there was a new bartender. No problem I understood and thanked him for letting me know. Our plates finally arrived and I noticed a dip that came with my meal. I asked our server what the dip was and he responded«I have no idea.» Okay it looked interesting. Quickly after I noticed that my piadini was not wrapped tightly enough and everything spilled from it. My sister noticed and made a comment that her meal wasn’t that good either. She isn’t one to complain but when our server came back to ask how everything was she said«It’s okay» while I said«Not that great» at the same time. He just responded«Good» and left. My sister and I just looked at each other stunned. I gathered everything up and re-wrapped it myself and dipped it in the sauce. I didn’t enjoy the sauce because it was way too sweet. Our waiter had disappeared now so I wasn’t able to request substitute sauce. The next time he showed up was to drop off the bill when we weren’t even done yet, my daughter was still eating her meal and I was trying to eat the fries and finish my beer. My sister and I were so upset. Our server couldn’t even come back and say«Thank you for coming, I hope you enjoyed your meal» when he picked up the check. What a bummer.

Applebees. is close to 805 and 54. The staff here are very friendly especially Ahmed our server and even recommends what to try to eat. The french onion soup was very delicious for a decent price. One of the reasons I patronize Applebees is their support for veterans every year. In November, veterans day, veterans got to eat free in their restaurants. They deserves 5 stars.

Today is free appetizer all day! new appetizer Sriracha shrimp and new dessert churro s’mores ! Went earlier for lunch with a coworker and tried it. It was really delish ! I came back for dinner because my daughter wants to try it! Plus when you add additional appetizer they only charge you $ 3.00 each up to 3 appetizer like half order. It’s still a good deal today. And my server gave me a coupon $ 5 off with next purchase ! Wow freaking awesome ! And by the way I love Applebee’s because it’s only 5 minutes drive from where I work I always pick up my lunch here and go shopping at Westfield mall Bonita.

So it’s a Wednesday and my friend and I waited over 30 min for a seat in the happy hour section. Then I ordered a drink on the cover of the happy hr menu and was later told that it was not a part of happy hr, so I asked for the manager so he could explain it to me. He had an explanation but it still makes no sense that corporate would allow an advertisement to be deceitful in that way. And we now have our food but not our drinks. However waiter is kinda cute so… I’m not taking it out on him.

In order to get happy hour, you have to sit in their happy hour tables. Their happy hour is from 3 – 6PM and late night is 9 – 12AM. Applebee’s is only worth it for happy hour! Drink specials and half off certain appetizers other than that, this place is not worth it. Parking lot is big and be careful for their door, it’s heavy and I almost fell because of it lol. Our server was Andre and he was attentive, refilled our waters and gave us extra chips even though we didn’t ask. We ordered the chicken wonton tacos and spinach artichoke dip for our appetizers plus the two for $ 25 deal. The wonton chicken tacos were too sweet for my liking, and the chips for the spinach dip was way too oily and salty. They were also a little on the stale side. My cousin got the 4 cheese mac and cheese with bacon and chicken and I got the half back baby ribs. The chicken had a good honey flavor and they were generous with their chicken and bacon, but it was too oily for my preference.(Everything at Applebee’s is oily, so I’ve learned). My honey bbq half rack ribs were alright, I expected more meat and my fries were definitely not fresh! They were a little cold on the inside. Not cool, I love fries. Overall, don’t expect a lot from Applebee’s, the only reason why we went here was because we had a gift card. It’s decent, but definitely not my first choice for anything.

We went here for a late lunch a little while back. It wasn’t peak hours so we were seated right away. Anyways, we had their artichoke dip. That with the tortilla chips it comes with can be a bit salty, and addicting! No complaints about their burgers, they are decent, comes hot and juicy. Good flavor too. There are several to choose from. I ordered an asian salad(minus the wontons). I would’ve preferred a bit more greens to make my salad a bit larger since it was a main entrée salad. My husband ordered some pasta that came with some breaded chicken(sorry I can’t remember names!). The pasta was good and the chicken was tasty with a sweet/salty glaze. The server was friendly and I initially had nothing negative to say about the service… Until she accidentally used another patrons card to pay for our bills. She was holding both of ours at the same time. So we had to wait several minutes for them to clear up the situation.(We has great service a second time around, nice servers at the bar area)… I use to come here a lot back in college because of their decent HH, it’s become I bit more limited and I notice it varies from location to location. Since those old days, the ambience and food seems to have improved some.
