Totally unsat they were out of chicken and the restaurant was dirty there is no excuse for this at Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I hate coming to this kfc but it’s the closest to the house and my son loves kfc for dinner. The drive thru moves like clock work, doesn’t mess up my order and always efficient. However, dining in here sucks. If you like to get yelled at by employees, you’ve come to the right place. There’s a brunette girl who works here who is always very rude. I only see her when I walk in for take out or dine in… I never see her working the drive thru. She’s always rushing you to order like you’re bothering her and always throws an attitude. I’ve contemplated recording her secretly one time but tonight I decided it will be the last time I come here. I can handle her rudeness but tonight she took my order, processed my cc and went directly to handle food without washing her hands. Gross! I’m sure this place will be ok without my business… Oh well!

This is right down the street from my house so I end up there a couple times a month. If you like surprises, you will LOVE this place. However, if you expect to receive what you ordered, you will be disappointed. Check your bag before leaving because it will not be right. Last night I ordered (2) 3-​piece meals, white meat. Both boxes came home with dark meat only, biscuits like hockey pucks, no utensils, no napkins. If this were the first time, I wouldn’t be writing a review, but its every time. Sometimes we get regular pepsi instead of diet, sometimes cold and old chicken tenders, sometimes the wrong side items. It’s become a joke in our house. I think I’ve had enough.

Walked in to get a drink and saw the cashier handle money then go make s chicken sandwich with his hands. Pretty gross if you ask me!

Staff is very welcoming, they apologized for the wait and threw in extra biscuits. Thanks guys! I appreciate the welcome hello and the apology

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE KFC to go to! First off we got there and went to order our food and we were told to go off to the side and park because they needed «8» minutes to cook more chicken, ok fine I’ll freaking wait. So we park and there’s some random car off to my right and the lady is in the car eating food. So as we sit there, after about 10 – 15 minutes the lady that takes the drive thru orders comes out with a bag of food and GOES over to the car to the right of us, mind you they had food, and hands them the food and that car drives off. We sit there almost 30 – 45 freaking minutes before I get fed up and March inside to see what the Sam heck is going on and the drive thru lady is like omg I think I gave your food away to those other people and they never paid for any food. YOU THINK??? Holy christ, not only did she give our food away to the wrong people she also gave away free food! We ended up getting our food with some extra stuff but even the freaking chicken we got wasn’t even the right kind, I asked for legs and freaking thighs and what do I get, one freaking leg and breasts! I will never go here again, and to those clowns that drove off with our food that they didn’t pay for, I will find you and hunt you down!

Overall good service. They’re often under staffed, so things are very slow. They take your order, and then go and get it for you. Which makes the line wait long.
Even though it took awhile, the guy at the counter seemed as if he was sorry for the wait.

Ok, I’m here to get a quick chicken fix. I prefer getting the mini chicken sandwiches over fried chicken pieces. Easy to eat, not messy and they have good flavor. Mayo & pickles YUM. Oh and I have to have a side of mash potatoes and gravy, your meal is not complete without that. Service has always been good every time I’ve visited at either inside or the drive thru.
