Panda Express

Why don’t they just cook more food?! It’s called «express» for a reason. No one expects top gourmet Chinese food here. Families want quick takeout orders, not to wait around for over 15 or 20 minutes while you make a fresh order for one or two items for one plate! How about making fresh orders optional?

Well, I’ve been coming here quite frequently and I haven’t had a problem till today. Just wanted a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. The lady asked if I wanted to wait a couple minutes for some fresh chow mein. And I mean, I’m not gonna say no to fresh food. 20 minutes later I walk up and ask half jokingly if she forgot me and said something along the lines of «ow, are you the chow mein with orange» and aggravated she Remembered my order but Not remembering to inform me she had completed it. And I got over it whatever I think they reduced the cost of the extra side of chicken. Then I get home and my girl says she got rice and orange chicken and only got rice. GG Panda Express. Me and my brother come here all the time. And the orange chicken is always soft and crunchy never gooey or hard. Which is perfect. It’s also very clean inside and they have the a. c on full blast cold haha. They Laos have a cute little outside seating too with umbrellas so ur not burning in the sun.

Brand new place in our neighborhood. Yey! But unfortunately this is the second time we eat there and get sick. Not sure what it is. Might be the oils the cook with. We normally would drive to the next closest location in south bay which is Main st. Never got sick to our stomach there. Its unfortunate because in the future we will just drive ourselves to the yummy food on Main st.

This place is brand new! I am happy to have a Panda Express in the neighborhood now. The problem is that they are brand new. They ran out of brown AND white rice when we went in. It was a tad bit slow going through the line. BUT there were tons of friendly, helpful employees behind the counter all really trying to make it work. I will be back in two weeks or so to give them time to sort out the fine details and update this review for sure!
