Not only did this company do a great job, the customer service level was above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend all of my family & friends to SD Rooter. The owner was always prompt and explained every detail without me asking. Cleaned up all of the work area and made sure my family was completely satisfied before he left. I’m not easy to please and have had multiple problems with other plumbing companies but hands down this is the best company to go through.

Jesse the plumber came out to my house and unclogged my bathtub drain. He pulled out a huge clump of hair from my daughter who has hair so long, passed her waist. He was very professional and was concerned for the future and found a strainer in his truck to help with catching hair before it goes down the drain. He also had to go buy some chemical to put down the drain and «snake» the drain and pulled out a little more. At the end of the day the drain is working once again… YAY! I would recommend him for clogged drains! THANKS Jesse!!!

Jesse with SD Rooter saved the day and did a great job with another plumber failed to show up for our main drain blockage problem. From the initial call for help, to completing the job they were great. Jesse was on-​time, friendly and is a dog lover! I like using local folks for services, so if you are in the Bonita area, Jesse & SD rooter gets 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me.
