Great experience. I called the store asking if they had elementary age cowboy boots. I was on hold just a bit but a friendly guy picked up and answered my questions(wanted to save drive time). We shopped there later in the day, looked at boots. I did ask the cashier for assistance and she paged someone right away and an employee was there. Miss Sarah was very helpful with my son as he tried on boots. She had to go to a back room a few times to get different sizes. Between us and Miss Sarah… we figured it out the best pair. Had never been in there but driven by a zillion times. Loved looking around at some of the other things. Cashier was great as we checked out.

What can I say? Decided to try feldmans out again. They changed the layout of the store a little. They should have changed their employment policy. Do you have to wear sparkly crap to work here? Do you have to be off putting and dismissive? Guess so. If this is hometown attitude, I need to move. Go to Coleman’s in bonner if you need anything from stihl. Same prices but you actually receive service. Go to TSC or Orscheln’s for everything else.

I called before driving out of my way to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and assured me the item was in stock. I found what I was looking for pretty much as soon as I walked in. With item in hand I started looking around the store. They have a lot, I am not kidding, of stuff. From purses to dog food to gardening equipment. The cashier was friendly. I can see where this store is helpful to people in the area who have a lot of landscaping, outdoor needs or farm.

I love coming in here because they have so much cool stuff and their prices are decent for the most part. The thing I do NOT like is, the difficulty sometimes, in getting customer assistance or when one does get it, they act like you’re bothering them. The store doesn’t get an A in organization but it’s not a trainwreck either. If one isn’t used to how something is set up, assistance from someone(an employee… for instance?) is most helpful. Otherwise, what happens, is, it gets too frustrating and I can either go to Orsheln’s in Basehor, Tractor Supply in Leavenworth or order it on line. Got that guys? You may want to take it to heart. Might do you customer relations and business better. Of course, this doesn’t mean I’m going, «Harrumph! I“ll never be back…» I will, you have a lot of stuff I need for my farm, but, you should be a bit more customer oriented… that is your business after all.
