Very scary place at night with a lot of shady people in the parking lot. Big mistake coming with several cars in the parking lot passing paper bags and money in them. I got my gas and tried to avoid contact with anyone else here. Security is a big problem at this location. The attendant looked scared as well, and I gave a $ 50 bill for $ 30 purchase. Didn’t ask for change and headed back onto the freeway not looking back.

Convenient, kind of, right off of K-7. At least there is a traffic light that helps make it easier to get in an out of the parking lot. Typical Quik-Trip and I’m ok with that.

Business moves along in here at a fast pace. We like QT’s in general because they have a great drink selection and there’s a counter to set your drink down on when you’re putting the lid on, etc. And they seem very clean compared to the Topeka equivalent Kwik Shop.

This is the last Quiktrip in Kansas City before you head out on the Turnpike into the middle of satellite radio land aka: Kansas. It’s the last best place to fill up without paying Turnpike plaza prices. it’s relatively easy to get in and out of unless the nearby amphitheater has a concert going on. It’s usually very clean, well lit, well stocked, and is everything you would expect from a QuikTrip. QuikTrip also takes pride in their fountain drinks. No watered down crappy fountain drinks here. There’s not a Quiktrip in Kansas City that I haven’t been in, but this one stands out due to it’s location. There are c-stores, and then there are QuikTrips. If in Kansas City, I will not go anywhere else.

Easy to get in and out of though on my last visit the bathroom was unkept and smelled a little fowl. Always has fresh coffee and friendly people working.

This is a typical QT with all the usual amenities. It’s clean and the people are friendly. They have all the usual c-store items as well as several fresh items such as salads, fruit, and sandwiches. They also offer the 49 cent 32 oz soda currently. Because this QT is located right off the interstate, next to Sandstone, and because its in Kansas(where gas taxes are more), the gas here is often more expensive than in other parts of the KC metro. Do yourself a favor and wait until you’re out of this area or in Missouri to fill up. However, it’s still a great place to stop for a snack or a soda.
