Everything I saw on line said they were only open from 10 to 10 today and they were closed now(1:20 am) but we decided to drive by anyway and see. Guess what-the drive thru is open. Somebody needs to update their media sites to show the drive thru is open after the inside part is closed.

It was ok. Shake was good. Burger wasn’t very good. Kids didn’t care for their burgers either. Will probably be back for shakes but not food.

My husband, our kids and I visited this location today. They weren’t busy at all. When we walked in they had like four other tables. There only seemed to be one person in the dining room. Even though there was other staff, they were all talking in the kitchen and just hanging out while they had people coming in and waiting. Our food was good and the order came out right. However, we waited fifteen minutes just to place our order. Once our order was placed we never saw our server again, we had to get up and ask for napkins, ask for to-go cups AND I even had to call over some other really distracted girl who wasn’t our server in order to get some more water. Oh yeah and another«plus» our server looked high as hell. We had to repeat ourselves several times for him to get our order. The only reason this post is getting two stars is because the shakes and the food were good.

Slow Service, ok food, at least a half dozen un-bussed tables, tubs of unwashed dishes stacked up in plain view. Everything needs a wipe down. Needs new management and better trained staff.

I had been to the Lawrence ks restaurant and I have always had good service and food there, so when I seen that one was newly built in Bonner springs, which is closer to where I live, I was so excited. that was very short lived. first of all the guy who took our order was extremely rude… and to be someone who just got hired on this job… to have an attitude at the beginning of working there was just ridiculous. They were very slow… it is called«drive thru» not«sit thru». we sat for 18 minutes before our order was even taken and then had to wait another 10 minutes at the window. when I finally got my food, my burger was cold and my fries were hard as scud missiles. if you are going to make me sit for 28 minutes, you could at least guarantee me that the food I sat waiting on is going to be hot… NOT! not to mention the prices of steak and shake are not cheap… so I feel like i got bamboozled by this new place and I will not be back.

Glad to see a Steak n Shake in Wyandotte County. We made a special trip to check it out. Our server was a friendly, attentive young lady. The place was pretty busy but our server made sure we got our orders in and our food and drink back with out a long wait. I was satisfied with the time it took to get the meal. The burgers are good and the portions are fine. I would go back.

Even though this place has only been open a few months it is horribly dirty. Tables not wiped off, a nasty tray on the front counter and my shoes are sticking to the floor. Oh, and the drive through guy dancing to his music while the floor around him is in desperate need of sweeping. The waiter was friendly enough but seems to be struggling.

20 minute wait for a grilled cheese and fries through the drive-thru and then it wasn’t even good, plus they were not busy, with no customers inside, and only one in front of me. :(The fries even were barely edible. Remember to ask for napkins! Soooooooo slooooowwwwww. I know they have had staffing issues, but I hope that they are able to bring it up to par, and above, soon!

Food is ok, but novelty wears thin when you have to wait over twenty minutes for a mediocre meal.
