Waited 45 minutes for food and was brought a shake that had turned back into milk. Asked for the manager and he sent back girl to tell me he would cancel order. Don’t waste your time for something that should take 5 minutes. It was only half full so they weren’t even busy.

This review is based on more than just one visit as I live close and visit frequently out of convenience. I am frustrated with the waste of real estate this restaurant takes up! I frequently experience long wait times and usually inaccurate orders. I don’t usually take the time to write these sort of reviews but I cannot believe this level of poor service is allowed to continue. At this point I cannot blame the employees as I am convinced management has to know and does not care. I am sick of this level of service in Wyandotte county and firmly believe that Sonic management HAS to know. I don’t understand why Culver’s, Chic-fil-a and other fast food restaurants in the same vicinity don’t have nearly the problems of wait times and inaccurate(incompetent) service that this place does. So, don’t tell me it’s the level of workers you have to choose from or any other excuse… Clean your own house!!! I visited this restaurant tonight with my wife for a banana split. The order taker got my order wrong three times before I finally gave up trying to explain what I wanted, checked the screen and settled for what was on there. When the order came out… It was nothing close to what I ordered with additional items I did not ask for. I kindly asked for what I originally ordered, the server kindly apologized and went back in to remake my order. After a short wait, she came back out with the correct item minus the details I asked for. The plastic container it came in was covered in hot fudge(on the bottom, I did not see until it was too late and got all over my vehicle along with the sloshed strawberry juice leaking out as it was over filled). No napkins as well. Seriously? 6 employees all eating inside and drinking without regard in full site. I can promise you I will not visit this site or other Sonic drive-ins as I have had similar experiences at others. Don’t waste your time and money on this place! Sonic in general needs a Eureka moment and a make over; needs to retrain management and employees; revisit why they are in business and re-evaluate the product and service they provide. Sonic has a very unique service(drive up, car hops) that could be out of this world I just can’t understand why this is so difficult to execute.

Every single time I come here, I get the wrong order. I waited over 20 minutes for a cherry limeade! How is this acceptable?! The people next to me just left without their food. When we finally got the drink, it was just a sprite. This is the only sonic nearby and it’s awful!

I wish I could give negative stars! My wait for two burgers and two fries was 22 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable. But even the extremely long wait could have been worth it if the food was good. It wasn’t. Everything was cold and overall inedible. My dog had an awesome dinner. I called to speak with the manager and her response was for me to bring everything back and she would replace it. I had already driven home! There is no reason I should need to drive all the way back there for them to fix a mistake that should not have happened in the first place! You lost my business Sonic this was your third strike. Yes I gave you 3 chances. Shame on me.

Service is awful!!! Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes and line never moved. Lady in drive thru even honked to get service and they never came. So we left along with 3 other cars… Went there about a month ago and sat at the tables waiting for our order for 30 minutes while they helped around 10 cars before they gave us our food… Worst service EVER!

I work at the Legends and have eaten here at least 2 – 4 times/week for the past year. On several occasions, i have waited in line for more than 15 minutes and it has made me late for work several times even though i get in line at least 20 minutes before my shifts. Another frustrating thing has been in the mornings when there cant be more than half a dozen people in the lot, i consistently have to wait at least 10 minutes for food. One manager has always been good about timing and i love the days he’s there because i know everything will be perfect. That manager and a few other people who work there make the experience better and sometimes i wish i could get their schedules and wait until they work to stop by. I’ve never had a problem with my food before, but for me, the waiting has been the worst experience. There have been times when the credit card machines in the drive thru werent working and some of the stalls werent working either. On those days, i either gave up or went somewhere else.

$ 1.10 for a «pup cup» and yet showed up to the window with a large vanilla ice cream in a dish. Carhop also tried to convince me raspberry limeades are clear. Even brought a bottle of it out to prove it was clear. Obviously someone incorrectly labeled it

I typically love Sonic, but the other day was a bad experience. After waiting for ever for our order to arrive we opened up our breakfast burritos expecting them to taste as good as always. Unfortunatly these were the worst breakfast burritos ever. The eggs tasted old, there was almost no sausage, and the cheese was no existant. I do not believe that I will be going back to Sonic for any burritos ever again.

Can’t beat the happy hour drink special and the snacks and side are pretty decent but that’s where it stops for me with sonic… well some of the shakes & chillers are pretty good. I’ll definitely be coming to this… mainly because it’s the only one around.

Gotta love breakfast burritos in the morning, especially the new steak and egg one. My girlfriend wasn’t to impressed with the loaded one, but overall great service and experience for fast food.

This location is conveniently located near the Legends shopping center and can get really busy, especially during their happy hour from 2−4pm(so be patient!). There’s a drive thru and plenty of parking stalls. With 398,929 unique flavor combinations there’s something for everyone here :)

What’s better than a ice cold limeade on a hot day. A half price limeade on a hot day. I recently was able to enjoy Sonics 2 – 4 happy hour and I truly enjoyed it. Myself and three other people were able to get the ice cold libation for less than $ 4 dollars. Pro’s — Convenience of so many Sonics around Kansas and Missouri — Cheap drinks during happy hour special — Variety of over 300,000 drink combinations — Convenience of pulling up with car to get food and drinks(quick and easy.) Con’s — Took a long time to get our drinks — Asked for easy on the ice and was overwhelmed with ice.

This location is not very busy, which is nice. It is a little difficult to find your way in and out in the Village maze. It is Sonic.
