Would never normally take the time to Unilocal a fast food restaurant, but this is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Zero stars if possible. Apathetic employees using cell phones in the kitchen, ketchup/​drink station a complete disaster and employees turning a blind eye to it. No soap in the men’s restroom. The food was disgusting as well. I don’t have high expectations, after all, it is a McDonalds-​but wow, it was BAD. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this pit. There are plenty of other options nearby.

As far as the food goes, they make they’re burgers more «made to order» than other locations.

Drove up to a silent drive thru. No greeting. I waited patiently and then the employee gruffly huffed out «go ahead and order!» Service is a dying.

Of all the McDonald’s I have been too this is the first I have seen a double drive through move almost non stop, I had s large order, they moved me to the dreaded #1 wait slot, and not even a minute later they had my food with a perfect order. Hats off to that location!

It’s a Mickey D’s. It was clean and the service was friendly and the food was food.(I think) Can’t expect much more than that.

Lansing, KS
I come here every Tuesday and Thursday evening on my way to KCKCC for classes. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh. The drive through is pretty fast… even during busy times. 9 times out of ten I order the Southwest grilled chicken salad. Love it! I also bring my little one to play at their play place. It is clean and he has a good time. I also like that there is a police officer on duty at all times. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

The play area is brilliant! Very spacious. Clean. Nice climbing contraption and an area to just sit and watch without having to take space at a table.
The dining area is also set up so one has a full view of the play area. One can eat in relative silence or go back out to order something else and still be able to keep an eye on the kiddos.
Bathrooms were clean and service was friendly and accurate. Another plus!
A drink was spilled in the dining room while waiting for our food. An employee quickly put up a sign so no one would slip on it, grabbed a mop and promptly cleaned it up.
Compared to ask other McDonald’s I’ve been to this one rates as the best, in my opinion.

Haven’t been here for a while. Thought I would try again. Wow. Same old same old. They don’t seem to care at all. Plus most have trouble speaking English, so maybe thus the problem. Got my order wrong and when I went in to complain I received a new burger with hair on it. Sorry. I’m gone now. Tell the owner this place sucks.
