Just awful. Food is dry, crappy, overpriced, staff just don’t care at all. They messed up my order several times and sort of just throw your food in a stupid open box where it just sits and gets cold. KFC has truly gone down hill and is best just avoided… forever.

We ordered the $ 5 Fill Up. The commercial on TV and the Picture at KFC shows. 3pc Chicken Tenders Mash Potatoes with gravy Biscuit a Small container of Gravy and Chocolate Chip Cookie with a Medium Drink. On TV the Chicken Tender is being Dipped in the container of Gravy. My Husband asked for the Gravy He was told the Gravy Does Not come with the Meal??? We were given Bar BQ sauce and a Tangy Sauce. So your Advertisement is a LIE plus THE CHICKEN TENDERS WERE LIKE CHEWING ON SHOE LEATHER! SAD VERY SAD

I would like to start by saying that I gave this KFC more than 2 chances before I decided to write a crappy review on them.
First time I went my biscuits were raw in the middle and they forgot to give me my chocolate cake.
Second time we went I asked for drumsticks and thighs and they didn’t give me either.
Third time we went was tonight. I went through the drive thru and ordered my family meal. I asked for all drumsticks and the guy said I couldn’t have that. I agreed to the alternative which included thighs. I also got coleslaw with the meal as a side. I got home served my family their meal and everyone spit out the coleslaw. It was sour. It smelled and tasted like old rotten milk.
I am done with their nasty food. Anytime I call to complain they have something smart to say and make open ended promises to better serve me next time. I will not be going back.

Every time I went here you always had to wait for them to cook your order, so I stopped going here in 2010. We moved back to Bonney Lake figured we would give them another try. Every thing we order we were told they didn’t all the ingredient to make it. We said fine we will just order a bucket of chicken and were told it would be a 15min wait. We drove off and will never come back to this location. I can’t wait for it to change owners or close.

This KFC by far is the worst KFC around. Never get your order right. To lazy to dip BBQ chicken. I get better service from the 2nd hand store run by Rainer School. They are a black eye to the KFC brand. They should have zero stars.

One star is generous.
We waited 15 minutes for a drive through order (which we had to repeat about 6 times) and it still didn’t come out right. I should mention we were the only people there at the time. I ordered a large soda and it had obviously been dropped then picked back up and given to me as it was .It wasn’t even half way full and there was a mess all over the outside. The size they gave me wasn’t even right. The food tasted like crap and wasn’t worth all the hassle it took just to get our order right. The staff all seemed stoned and the customer service was horrible. This place is a joke; no wonder the parking lot is always empty.
I sent an email to corporate and never heard back. Way to go KFC.

this place has always been mediocre but it has gone SO down hill the last few years. this is based off the few times I’ve gone in the few years. and the last visit will be my last. They advertise the $ 5 fill up box, i ordered 2. both of which didn’t have a cookie, hardly any gravy on the mashed potatoes, my 3 piece chicken tender only had 2 pieces in it, no honey or butter packets for the biscuits and my drinks wern’t filled all the way. If that’s not a joke than idk what is. I also emailed KFC twice regarding this and have yet to get a reply (it’s been more than a month) my opinion this place is gross and run by incapable teenagers that just screw off and dont give a S**T about the service or quality of food they are serving.

Perfectly average KFC, which to me is fine if that’s what you’re looking for and in the mood. I will say, always friendly here (only ever get it to go) place seems well kept and clean. Would give it 3 ½ if that were an option.

after repeating my order several times they STILL got it wrong, when I asked to speak to a manager, magically there were none available, after driving home, I found the shorted me a piece, the same stoner answers the phone when hearing my problem he offered to give me a piece of chicken if I drove right back there!
