Communicated with Susen 6 days ago about grinding 3 stumps. She had me send pictures of my stumps which she forwarded to Matt the owner. I followed up with them two days later and we agreed to tomorrow at 10am and a price. I sent an email today confirming our appointment for tomorrow to get a response from Susen that they would now like to come look at my job at noon tomorrow. No grinding to be done, just come take a look. I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t send that email. Would they have even shown up? And to think, I passed on two other companies that called me back after making the appointment because I committed to them.
Now Susen is threatening to post my address if I leave any reviews anywhere.

Matt removed a dangerous tree leaning over our garage last year for a very reasonable amount. His crew bucked it up and cleaned up the surroundings just as agreed. This month we had him back to remove a group of three trees. Once he again he was prompt and got the job done just as requested for a reasonable rate. We have a large property we’ve owned for 20+ years. Over that time we’ve had several tree removal companies out to give estimates. Limback Tree Care was the most reasonable and we only use him now. Highly recommend.
