Pi Security Solutions-Mobile Locksmith

Literally writing this review at 2:30 AM right now after this guy helped me get into my apartment that I accidentally locked myself out of. I came home after a late night closing shift at work to find that the chain was still on my front door (I had used the back door to leave, which I don’t have a key to, and had locked it behind me — so I was locked out from both sides). Then my phone died, so I had no choice but to start knocking on my neighbors’ doors asking if they had a screw driver so that I could detach the chain from the wall. So, since I guess I’m an incredibly lucky person, my downstairs neighbor answers his door and says he’s a locksmith. He went back into his apartment to grab a tool kit, then comes back out and starts helping me get the door open. He talked to me about how he grew up in Israel and how this sort of thing — people needing help with locks late at night or early in the morning — would happen a lot there, but it doesn’t happen so much here, so the incident reminded him of that. Anyway, he helped me get back into my apartment and was incredibly nice about it the whole time. Granted, I wasn’t a paying customer, but I can’t think of a single time in my life when I had better customer service than that. Super nice guy, clearly knows what he’s doing, and he’ll be the first person I call if I ever need a locksmith in the future. Five stars.

SCAM ALERT BALLARD!!! i was seriously overcharged last night in ballard for a house rekey. Today, i decided to stop by their location to speak with an owner and this is their location! I called their phone number and the guy whom I could barely understand told me that they did not have a store front only mobile service. I asked him why there was an address on Unilocal if he didn’t actually have a location and he could not give me a clear answer. Beware of who you do business with. Why is there a photo of a storefront listed on the business Unilocal page if it does not exist? UPDATE: after doing a little more research I’ve found that they are in fact NOT apart of SAVTA as stated in the description on Unilocal.This is not a legit company.

My friend locked her Lexus car key in the trunk. We tried several ways before we find Pi. Those ways took us two hours, cost a lots of money and didn’t work in the end. Pi finally help us solve the problem. The technician arrives 20 mins after we called. He is an expert in cars. He not only help us open the trunk in 10 mins but also taught us some very useful knowledge about cars. I will definitely recommend the service!

After trying to have a key made for my 2004 Sienna van with another company, George from Pi Security Solutions came to my house right away. He diagnosed that the earlier guy hadn’t used the correct chip key. He made the right one, coded the chip, and cut me a break on my bill because I’d already wasted money on another company. These guys are the best.
