So getting three stars is only for the food. The people that work here have no I mean NO customer service skills. Plus when I’m paying 15 dollars for «fast food» I expect to not get shorted. I always ask why do you work in customer service if you hate people.

This place had gone downhill fast. The food is barely warm, the staff is a bunch of teenagers who spend more time gossiping about who is doing who then paying attention to the customers who are trying to order food. One girl is using a chemical cleaner on the food case glass while food is still in it. Trying to find a place to sit was fun since there was a group of kids that came in just to visit with a couple other kids who bought food. They need to get the old management back in here.

Family and I came here for dinner. They ran out of rice. The manager was very rude to his customers and fellow coworkers. I felt so sorry for them. Our food was okay. The chicken was burnt, but everything else was okay.

I came back at about the same time (around 3:30) and was haloed by the manager, Juan. He was personable, courteous and again willing cooked two orders of honey walnut shrimp for me To-​go this time. It was clean and I look forward to having my late lunch at home. Because I was a first time guest last time, the mgr. Gave me a card good for my next visit to have one complimentary item.
I recommend folks come here. Great service and food.

Quick, tasty & good value for $. Usually well kept tables, staff friendly & good service. Like that we can try a sample especially of new menu items so we can taste before buying as a meal! Supportive of local school groups with discounts & special nights for % of sales too!

When we walked in there was standing water and soap all over the floor without signs. We asked about sitting in an are where there wasn’t water and was told no. The two females had zero customer service skills and were very rude. We will never be back and are telling all of our friends to stay away!
