Four stars doesn’t necessarily translate to fine dining or immaculate service. This drive inn is a blast from the past. Recently I took a friend and her son. We sat in the car, had our order taken and delivered, and listened to music as we ate a diner-​style hamburger and some heavenly tater tots! Really– do that make a tot that is anything less? Their fried foods are not too greasy, footlongs are just that long, and strawberry shortcake is sweet! They have hand spun shakes– thick and delicious! Become a Facebook fan and get their daily specials on your wall. Lunch for less than $ 5? Nice! I don’t eat this kind of food much, but Hilltop sure brings back some memories! Check out their music trivia– all the oldies!
