Paul’s Steakhouse just opened in May, and we tried it on 9 June for dinner. The grounds and architecture are absolutely wonderful. They made a perfect gin martini. We ate in the lounge area with a shorter menu, but by all means ask for the full dinner menu — great looking selections there. For my first time, I had onion soup (one of the best I have had) and a 6 oz filet (MR) with spinach and potato au gratin, which were perfectly done. We will definitely go back. BTW, all staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, Paul knows how to pick and train them
