Alexis Park Apartments

The office staff (Kay) is not very nice and actually very rude. She demanded that we provide our children’s SSN’s. this is unheard of for an apartment complex. What do you need a child’s SSN for? You can’t use their credit for any reason it’s illegal.
Second when I found a better home more than 15 days prior to signing the lease they refused to refund my $ 99 deposit to hold the apartment. I paid a $ 35.00 application fee. The $ 99 was a security deposit. This should be refunded if the lease is never signed. They are not on the up and up with the terms of property agreements.
I do not recommend unless you are at a point where you have nothing else to go for.

My experience with the management at Alexis Park was a difficult experience. To their credit, the maintenance workers do keep the grounds up ok.- however, many times the grass was way to overgrown which attracts more bugs. I did not renew my lease because Alexis Park misrepresented themselves with their advertising (it seemed as if the apartment units were nicer due to their advertisement (not to say they are bad– just paying too much for what you actually get). For the cost the apartment units, the units should have had more attention concerning the quality of materials used in the apartment units, such as: counter tops, cabinets, –which were as strong as particle board… The complex is also next to an interstate and one can actually feel the vibrations and hear noises from inside their apartment-​constantly.
* In all, the complex is mediocre at best.
