Between the absentee night clerk, the seemingly broken phone system, the lackluster service and the rather unclean/poorly kept room(found a pube under the sheets as I laid down to write this review)…this is, hands down, the worst *Hilton* hotel experience I’ve had. Not the worst hotel/motel experience, just not up to snuff with Hilton standards. Just don’t stay here unless you have to. Excellent hotel clean, well kept rooms. Spacious well furnished, very good staff. However, just about the worst continental breakfast anywhere. I’ve been staying here for business off and on for the last six months. The Hampton on Goulds Drive isn’t quite as nice but has a better breakfast. It got so I couldn’t handle it any more so I either go without or go to a ChickFiLA about a mile north on Airline.

Lovely, clean, well-appointed room! Hot breakfast until 10! Friendly staff! We were staying at a grubby La Quinta and switched to Hampton Inn after our in-laws recommended it. So glad they did!

Location is easy to find and is very clean inside and out. Rooms are very roomy and well cleaned and smelled great! Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was excellent. Lots of good choices and the breakfast area was well taken cAre of. They were constantly coming to clean and refresh it! Would defiantly stay at again!

Location is easy to find and in a good area. Despite being right off of I-220, our stay was quiet. The only interruption was from inconsiderate guests laughing and having a good time in the hallway late at night. Not far from casinos and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Our check in was quick and friendly. The highlight was the room itself. Two comfy queen beds, great pillows, and CLEAN! Would definitely recommend this Hampton to anyone traveling through Bossier. Breakfast the next morning has many items to choose from, along with several selections of coffee, juice, etc. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Hampton Inn!

I stay at Hampton Inn regularly but I have never had a suite before. I like it! Its very roomy, and the staff is very nice. If highway noise bothers you consider asking for a room away from the interstate. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the pool is nice if you are traveling with kids.

Wow! My room was a suite which was the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at to to date. I stayed here for 5 nights while I was around the area for work. The wifi was free and the signal was strong from my room. There was complimentary breakfast from 6am to 10am in the dining hall which could hold around 40 people. The fitness center was open from 6am to midnight just in case anybody needs to workout. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend staying at this Hampton Inn!

The new Hampton was super clean and nicely decorated. Diane from Connecticut greeted us with a smile and a positive, helpful demeanor. She printed out maps to get us where we were going. The breakfast bar was well appointed with fresh fruit. The attendant smiled, brought coffee around, and continually worked to keep the room spotless.

Brand new Hampton Inn — just opened Nov 2011 I’m told. I have never been to Bossier City and I’m here for work. I never know as a woman traveling for work if a hotel is in a decent part of town and if it’s nice. I will say this is a pleasant surprise for what I was expecting for this type of hotel in a small town. It’s got modern ammedities, looks/smell new and it’s definitely in a decent part of this small town. Very cute room and nice bathroom(which is important to us girls) There is an Ulta, Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Home Depot, Academy — etc… shopping center right down the street. I’m working at the Barksdale Air Force base and while this is on the north side of town, it’s only about a 15 min drive to the base. If you’re in Bossier City I definitely recommend this place for the price.
