I called ahead to get an estimated repair timeline for my iPad screen. I was quoted 2 – 3 hours and that it would be ready the same day. I called after 3.5 hours and was told they did not have the glass in stock and that my repair would not be ready until 2 – 3 days later. Upon my return to the store, I was greeted by a cloud of cigarette smoke from 2 of their employees. No problem with smoking outside, perhaps just not at your front door? The clerk was very apologetic and offered to call their Shreveport location to find out whether they could complete the repair sooner. This was a kind gesture, however, it is no compensation for their lack of service and consideration.
