They sauce is amazing. I like chicken the way my mother cooked it better, floured like southern chicken.

I kinda like the chicken fingers in Zaxby’s, the sauce is a lil bit sour(but I liked it lol), and the price is a lil bit pricey. Until now, I have been there two times, their restaurant was clean and their service was proper on both occasions. Zaxby’s is not far from my house so when I feel like eating chicken fingers, this will be the first place for me. lol

The restaurant was very cleaned. The parking lot was spacious and clean. Great location off of traffic. My order was accurate. My fries barely had a pulse. I asked for hot fries and the gladly switched it out. The fries were hot and very well seasoned. My chicken fingers were tiny but flavorful. My toast was buttered and grilled nicely. Their sauce is a little vinegar heavy for my acid reflux, however I ate it all. They have a very wide menu selection. I plan to return as I want to try their wings, Cajun club sand which and one of their salads. Other places like Canes or chicken express are wings only. Their tenders are much bigger, I will say.

The salads are the best thing on the menu. The house salad is really good. I like the fact that they have a drive through. I agree with the other reviews that Canes or chicken express is better

I was curious about the new chicken place in town and decided to give it a shot. I was thinking it was like a regular chicken place like KFC or Popeyes, but only chicken fingers. I almost walked out, and should have, but thought maybe it was worth a try. I took one bite of the fingers and longed for good old raising canes. Better quality and price at raising canes than at zaxbys. Save your time and just go to canes.

The food is ok. Just your average chicken restaurant. It’s kinda like Canes but not as good.

They have a variety of menu items, but compared to Cane’s, they’re underwhelming. The strips weren’t tender(just your standard chicken strips), the fries were too thick, making them not crispy, and the Zax sauce just doesn’t do it for me. I went when they first opened, and it was literally over an hour wait in the drive thru.

Zaxbys is hands down the best chicken I’ve eaten! such great quality and the fries are out of this world. Me and my boyfriend look forward to eating here every week!

Whoa. This has potential but also a long way to go. First of all, food is just okay. .nothing spectacular. Also, the staff seriously needs to up the service game. When I was there, there was entirely too much confusion and horsing around. I think as they get more experienced it will be tons better service wise.

I’ve only had the pleasure of enjoying Zaxby’s a handful of times. I believe the first time was in Conway, AR last year while I was volunteering with Mercy Chefs in response to the tornado in Vilonia, AR. I quickly realized that I stumbled onto something special. This store just opened and I was really impressed with the overall experience. Most importantly – the food. I’m used to eating mediocre food when an establishment first opens, but this time it was different. It was everything I expected, and I have high expectations. I will certainly frequent Zaxby’s now that we have one near home. Now if a Zaxby’s opens in Shreveport(preferably on Mansfield Rd. in the vicinity of Duncan Donuts), I’ll be set. That’s only about five minutes from my house.
