I would not recommend this location. Service is mediocre at best. You have about a 50 – 50 shot at actually getting what you order. Food doesn’t taste fresh. The last time I visited, I threw my grilled chicken sandwich away after one bite. Tasted like rubber. Couldn’t even chew it.

I’ll have to say sorry to Wendy’s, but I don’t like you much. :”(Chicken was okay but the bun tasted like old. I was hungry and I ate like the last day of my life lol, yet I did not feel anything yummy at all.
— Food: It was not hot or fresh as it should be. But it’s okay.
— Service: The staff was a lil confused and sleepy. lol (I’m sorryyyy I went there around 8.45 pm. maybe the staff was tired.)
— Price: I love the price esp, the double stack combo is really cheap! ($ 4.99)
— Cleanliness: Not sure as I was alone in the restaurant then I considered it was sooooo clean. Lol

Avoid this location!!! Food is not fresh! Very long wait times (upwards of 15 mins from the time you finally get to the window of drive thru) Pour customer service & you will be lucky to get what you actually order. I live within a mile of this location and after 10+ horrible visits I drive 5 miles down the street to go to the other Wendy’s location to get food. Everyone in this location must have been trained to role THIER eyes and talk in a highly disgusted voice. I love Wendy’s but avoid this location at ALL COST!

This Wendy’s is VERY inconsistent in freshness. My kids nuggets and fries are rarely good. I wish another fast food restaurant would give them some competition maybe they would pick their standards up. I love Wendy’s just not this one…

Shreveport, LA
One of the best in town. Our local Wendy’s is right up the street but we drive the 5 miles to dine here. Prompt fast courteous service and always clean. New to the store is there own Mixologist a phrase usually reserved for a bartender. Now Wendy’s has there own in the form of a computer controlled soda fountain with over 100 different flavors to play with. Only problem here is the fish sandwich is no longer on the menu.
