I placed an order online after Christmas. It is almost three weeks later and I do not have my order. Customer service will not return my phone calls. They reply to my emails telling me they do not work on the weekends and I should see movement on the UPS tracking soon. Yet still no package. This week they sent an email it was unacceptable and gave me a $ 15 gift card. What a JOKE. I have asked to cancel the order four times but they will not cancel it. I will NEVER order form them again. Service is unacceptable. And they have charged my credit card so they do not seem worried that I do not have the product.

I am a huge fan of alexis bittar. I became familiar with his talent before he skyrocketed, so obviously I was stoked when he opened a store in Boston! The layout of the store is gorgeous. Fashionably baroque. I don’t need to tell you that the jewelry is amazing. I’ve always received excellent help from the staff even if I didn’t end up buying anything. They let you pull pieces and try right away. The staff is also extremely helpful without being pushy. Until this store opened I bought most of my Alexis bittar from Neimans or Saks but now I think I’ll stick with the actual store!

Super cute pieces for shockingly reasonable price points(considering this is Newbury Street and all). The sale associates are friendly(gasp!) and know their product. Will be giving this place some serious consideration for Valentine’s Day gifts.

Gorgeous jewelry in a gorgeous, cool space. One of my favorite contemporary designers; Boston is lucky to have access to his extensive collection in a jewel box of a boutique!
