This store is a legend. How many establishments have lasted so long on Newbury Street? I first shopped at John Lewis in the late 1960s/​early 1970s.
Because their designs are both classic and contemporary (it’s not a contradiction) they always are beautiful. After my mother passed away, I gave her John Lewis sterling necklace of irregular hammered links to a friend at work and she wears it all the time. It’s still beautiful, the way the irregularities catch the light and sparkle, yet it is so simple.
This is definitely one of the best jewelers ever.

I have been shopping at John Lewis Jewelry for over 30 years. They manufacture and design all their jewelry. The designs are unique and rather modern. I have worn their jewelry at black tie weddings and with a casual pair of jeans.
I have found them to be very honest and reliable. Their prices are reasonable. You can buy a pair of silver earning for under $ 100, or a gold and diamond necklace for much more.
And most important, the jewelry is beautiful. I have many pieces of jewelry that came from other stores, but I get the most compliments when I wear jewelry made by John Lewis.
