The worst cleaners I have ever experienced. Please do not bring them anything of any value whatsoever. New stains, horrible burn marks on collars and cuffs. Collars of men’s shirts retuned looking as if they were purposely crumbled. Absolutely awful.

Service is fine as far as staff being polite, helpful, etc. But my clothes came back damaged and they take no responsibility. On my way out the door I encountered a neighbor who was having a similar problem PLUS some of his items were missing. I’d rather wait an extra day and have my clothes come back in the same condition they were when I dropped them off for cleaning. Still waiting for a manager(over 3 weeks) to get back to me about the issue. I’ve called twice. Not good service on that level. Would never return.

Have had some really service problems with Anton’s lately. Cleaning was lost, a shirt was ruined(and not reimbursed fully) and badly repaired, and there are differences with pricing at times, so check your receipts. Well meaning people but doesn’t deal with quality issues.

Was really impressed with the service here — I brought two shirts to be dry cleaned, and when I picked up both of the shirts they still had stains. However, the woman working there was really helpful and apologetic and sent them back to be re-cleaned. Even though it was annoying the shirts had to be re-done, I was really happy with the customer service and the employees’ desire to make their customers happy!

I hate messing around about fine print on «deals.» The overall idea is supposed to be: deals/coupons/specials brings customer to business, whereby customer spends many times more than the deal’s value, and in turn establishes some business loyalty away from competitor. Right? I brought a scarf down a few months ago, along with a pile of other clothes(as per our regular customer tradition with Anton’s). After learning that the monthly discount on my scarf required«coupon proof,» I walked back home to get my iPhone. I came back, displayed it online and was then told only print copies are allowed. I then walked out. Then the manager followed me, and said an exception could be made, «this time.» This gracious exception, giving me $ 1.00? $ 1.50? off the dry cleaning of my scarf(on a $ 62 total dry cleaning order for all our items) has made me feel a deep sense of loyalty for this highly rule-oriented, painfully annoying branch of Anton’s. They’re convenient, being attached to our apartment building. Their prices are probably as competitive as anywhere else. They also sometimes leave stains. We have received other people’s clothing on occasion. Nothing of ours has gone missing yet. And their coupons must be printed or they’re useless.

This location has had some management changes and things are much better now.

Quick turnaround, but I would not recommend them to anyone. Here’s why: I brought in a suit and two ties. The suit was fine, the ties were a different story. When I went home and hung up my suit and ties, I noticed one of the ties was completely ruined. The seam on the back of the tie was coming off, and both ends of the tie were starting to fray. Additionally, there were blue stains on the tie that were not there before. The other tie wasn’t as bad, but still in rough shape. There were permanent creases on the front of the tie, as if they had cleaned it with the temperature way too high. Not good considering these were my favorite two ties and I was planning on wearing one for an interview a few days later. The next day I brought both of the ties back into the cleaners and the supervisor tried telling me that the damage wasn’t from them, and that it looked like I had tried to stitch one of the ties back together. They tried to fix both ties, but were unable to, and didn’t offer me a refund. Needless to say, I will never be bringing my services back to Anton’s Cleaners.

i needed my clothes for same day service it was after 9am which is the cut off. i asked if there is anyway to get them back earlier for the next day turn around the girl behind the counter nicole said that we cant promise it until after 5 but since the driver didnt arrive yet for the pick up of same day she took it in! she saved me the aggravation of trying to find another cleaners that would do it or chancing it for next day. the customer service is great the clothes came out beautiful and the store is very clean and organized i tell all my friends about the great service i get

I used this place for a while before i found symphony cleaners on Huntington. They get the job done, but its pretty expensive and not as timely as i would have liked a dry cleaner to be. They do none of the cleaning on premises so you can’t get anything done in a really quick manner. There is this one women who works here who is absolutely miserable and makes my whole experience terrible every time i go. Also, for them to clean any housewares it takes them a 2 week turn around time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought 1 suit and 2 white shirts in to be cleaned and pressed. I was excited to learn that since I brought them in before 9am they would be done by 5pm the same day. Since the suit and shirts were for an upcoming funeral the less hassle and running around the better. 5:30 get out of work, go to Anton’s and my suit pops up right away. Hooray! But no shirts… the kid behind the counter searched and searched, called the manager and left a message. Finally, he said he would call me later tonight and let me know anything. –No phone call– I called the next morning, girl told me she thinks they gave them to a different customer and she would call him at 9am «ya know, cuz some people like to sleep.» Ummm sure okay. She calls around noon, says she left a message for the customer. She calls, leaves another message saying the other customer will bring the shirts in and I will get«a refund.» I go in after work, the women behind the counter has serious attitude(«I just left you a message saying they were ready, I know what you are here for.») Asks me to pay for the shirts, when I say the women who called me earlier said I would get a refund she says«Okay, take ‘em.» I guess I was confused because she said refund so I thought that meant my whole order since I brought everything in together. Oh my gosh, you would have thought I was asking for her first born! So I just tell them to forget about it, my mistake. BUTTHEN! I get a call this morning from NICOLE-Why would you think you would get a refund for the suit? I don’t know where you would get that idea? Ummm, excuse me? Why are you even calling me, YOUMESSEDUP! I feel I was really nice throughout this whole situation and they were rude the entire time even though THEYLOSTMYSTUFF! It will be hard to walk by Anton’s everyday on my way to work and know I will never go back there even though it is so close.

This drycleaner is luxury for something you don’t really need luxury for every time you go to the dry cleaner. Yea, they turn around super fast, like 1 day. But for the price I can’t see myself going here every time.

$ 17.00 to dry clean a coat. Four(4)spots missed and hair, there was hair on my freshly dry cleaned wool coat. Quick turnaround — maybe. Clean coat — not so much.

I’ll give them five stars because of the following: 1. VIP service — sign up for this, its free, and you get two tagged bags that you can use to drop off 24hr drycleaning, and have it pre-charged to your cc. That way, you can drop off at like 10pm(when usual people get off work), and pick it up the next day, or on the weekends, all bought and paid for. 2. Same day service. If you drop off at around 730 on the way to work, you can have it back by 5pm the same day, w/o extra charge. 3. They take care of your shirts. The starch is good, but they also clip your sleeves together so that when you pick it up your sleeves are still freshly pressed 4. Quick service — its not gonna blow you away with laughter and joy, but it gets you in and out, paid and gone.

Been using them since I moved to Boston. So far so good. I use them primarily for shirts. The good. Quick turn around. Cleaning quality seems to be acceptable. They accept credit cards. Apparently they’re somewhat eco-friendly(they apparently reuse chemicals, etc.). The bad. Service was a little standoffish on my first visit(enough so to make me consider not coming back). They’ve been better though. There’s no medium starch option(at least that’s what they told me) so I’m stuck with either low or high starch. The pressing of the shirts is sometimes somewhat negligent and they’ve already smashed a button. Conclusion. I wear a lot of relatively high end shirts and am somewhat troubled by the condition some of them have been returned to me. There’s the worry that a $ 220 shirt might get completely destroyed(which would make me very sad). If anyone knows of any higher end cleaners in the area by all means point me in their direction :-). So aside from the slightly more negligent pressing than I am used to these guys seem to be good. Nothing special, but good, convenient, and fast.
