I can totally sympathize with the one star reviews and I relate to them completely. My move was in November, 2012 and I tried to save a little money by going with AVIV. Having said that, I am not going to write a thesis on my experience but I will tell you, ladies and gentlemen, to NEVER forget that you get what you pay for. Absolutely Gentle Giant for me next time. You have to give at least one star but please imagine a negative sign next to my one star. Thanks and good luck.
