This company is a complete scam. They use bait and switch tactics and charge exorbitant prices — much higher than the dealership to replace car keys. They employ the rudest customer service people and «technicians» around and are completely unprofessional. I do not even believe that this is a legitimate business. If you google «Boston Car Keys» you will get this company in your search results, but there is no email address or customer service department to contact for issues and the name of the company is inaccurate. They list themselves as Boston Locksmith on their website, but that is a completely different and legitimate business. Also, their website is
, but they are not called Car Locksmith Boston either. Avoid this company at all costs. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding their service.
