I was a victim of a hit and run. When Willie Hicks Jr rescued me. Hicks Auto kept me informed and their customer service was top notch. I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle and my car was detailed and looked virtually brand new. I couldn’t be happier.
I recommend this establishment to all friends and family. This shop will not let you down.

First of all, we got the best body work results I’ve ever seen (even the team at Volvo was extremely impressed). But it doesn’t stop there. This father/​son team is respectful, fair, and patient. It turns out they’re also considered a pillar of the community (ours too as new home owners here). I am actually hard-​pressed to think of any other business that’s impressed me as much. But the Hicks are especially impressive in an auto industry where honesty, fairness, and trust is so important and so often lacking. So body shop owners better take note: when your competition starts treating customers with respect, fairness, and honesty, you had better step up your game or your customers are going to Hicks!
