When I go there to use the teen space the computers are either broken, or the kids there are using it as a dining area.

Dorchester, Boston, MA
Idiocy. The Young Adult librarian got a promotion so now the YA section – beautiful, new, awesome – is closed on weekends. How the hell do you expect kids to do anything productive with their time when they can’t use the library?
And people wonder why kids are raging… give them a safe place to go and something to do!
I’m calling Charles Yancey and Mayor Menino. You should, too.
