Being a life long native of New England I love and support the Boston Red Sox. This poor review is specifically for the Red Sox ticket services. Operating a tour company that transports groups (via deluxe motor coach) to Fenway Park I am here to vent my dissatisfaction with
1. Bus Parking– There are very few spots to park buses in the Maitland Lot (the only lot at Fenway that provides bus parking) and half the time I reach out to reserve a spot there are none left to have. Leaving us to have to drop off the group and create grid lock in Boston. My suggestion to Fenway Park is to have a designated lane for buses to drop off groups at the stadium where they can be out of the way of local traffic.
2. Every time I call Red Sox ticket services I am put on hold averaging 25 minutes per call. If the organization can afford to pay pitchers an annual salary of 31 million I would have to believe there is some money laying around to get a couple of more associates to answer phone calls.

I have a natural predisposition to ADORE anything about Boston, therefore it almost comes natural to adore and support the Boston Red Socks and support the team through thick and thin.
What can I write that hasn’t yet been written about this amazing team?
It was established back in 1901; gaining affiliation to the American League that same year, the team had to wait until 1969 to get affiliation to the East Division.
Iconic Bostonian Team landed Fenway Park as their gaming location in 1902.
It landed 8 World Series Titles as well as 7 East Division Titles.
Though they may not have many major titles, it is the passion with which they are supported by their audience and the commitment proved over and over again by the team members that makes this gracious Baseball Team my fave and one of the most beloved and recognized team.

Lets just say that I used to love this team. Not anymore. After the last two years in last place and seeing the fiasco in spring training with third base, I am not a fan anymore. Used to go to a few games a year, but with the rising ticket prices and lack of excitement around the team, I don’t think I will go until they turn their ship around. Which probably won’t happen this year. They did a little something this year by getting an ace, but they have a hole to dig out of from the past– I just don’t see it happening this season. I hope they prove me wrong.

Having grown up in Canada I never really knew had a true understanding for what baseball was all about. For us growing up as kids hockey is where boys turn to men and playing hockey growing up was and still is a way of life. So after my half dozen trips to Boston I knew the Red Sox were like religion (maybe obsession) similar to how life is for a Habs fan in Montréal or a Leafs fan in Toronto (it’s been a while since both of these teams won a cup). However in Canada we’ve demolished all the old rinks. To come see the Sox at Fenway (even though their 2015 team is not as good) is still pretty amazing! The history of the team and the fact they’ve won three championships in the last 15 years is pretty cool. People will love and people will hate the Red Sox. I hope to come understand them more and enjoy a few more games in that old ballpark eating a sausage on bun.

I love this baseball team. Go Red Sox! We are fans in my house. Fenway Park concessions are a delicacy in my family. Traditional favorites sausage and peppers, cracker jacks, and foot longs are sold by the many good people that work around the Park.
To get there you just step on the Green Line and you will see everyone onboard wears the Red Sox logo. The T takes you right to Fenway. Boston is a very baseball centric city in that way. There is music on the short walk towards the ticket booth. Watching the Red Sox win is the best!

First let me say if there was a way to do NEGATIVE stars this Organizations ticket office and Naomi Calder the Sr. Director of Ticketing would have most definitely earned ZERO or NEGATIVE starts !!!
This organizations ticket office «customer service reps» (and I use the term Customer Service very lightly) have NO clue on how to get and keep fans. They obviously have ZERO clue on making sure a fan stays a fan and no interested in helping fans either!
I live out of state and planned to bring my sister to Fenway for the first time in September, by the time our plane lands, we drop our stuff at the hotel and get to Fenway, we won’t have time to buy tickets in order to get in on time. There is a ridiculous $ 19 in fees to order on line and a $ 10 fee to order on the phone and NO FEE to go down and buy them from the stadium.
We live OUT OF STATE so I called 1−877-RED-SOX9 and spoke to ticket rep «Cameron» who went out of his way to be rude to me, that he actually HUNG UP on me. When I called back to speak to a Supervisor, I was told there were none there and wouldn’t be for days. I called back today and spoke to Naomi Calder (Sr. Director of Ticketing) and explained our time constraint and asked if the $ 10 phone fee could be waived, $ 10 ! She refused. I explained again our time constraint. again flat out refusal. I guess the Red Sox need my $ 10 so bad. I realize they suck this year and are in the basement, which is all the MORE reason to want to (a) bring in more fans and (b) make the fans happy.
I will NEVER EVER go to Fenway Park for anything — concert, game, nothing.

Let’s start by saying I have to give 1 star to write a review. 0 or anything negative is not an option, which is an issue I will be taking to Unilocal Corp at a later time.
So my review of the 2015 Boston Red Sox. Went to the game last night and it was the single worst professional sporting event I have ever been to in my life. I was offered a free ticket (only way I’d go to a game these days) and was hoping the product would be more appreciated in person than TV and boy was I wrong. The prices are one of the most ridiculous elements of anything I’ve encountered in my life. I paid $ 5 for a small bottle of friggen water. It wasn’t even good water (shoutout Parkway in Worcester). I bought a beer for a friend when i went to get food and I almost had to pull out my credit card. Luckily I had $ 9 in my wallet for that 8oz plus foam. I’m not a standard price complainer, Pro sports are expensive i get it, but I and other fans are paying hundreds for snacks so porcello and buccholz can get millions to crap their pants on the mound. Not a trade off I am willing to do anymore.
As far as the experience? Well fenway notoriously is awesome for having their seats pointed all directions other than the field of play so let it be known this review is being written with a sore back. The people working the stadium are a cluster, I left my seating area a couple times for food/​bathroom, and I was detoured several times to get back to my seat for undisclosed reasons ‘oh you have to go around’ — literally, MY SEAT IS RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF US — but no, let’s be difficult. I would at this time like to thank the workers for detouring me, though, because more time walking around means less time watching that crappy team. Also, jumbotron guys — mix in a good replay one time. Furthermore, if we are going to put monster fiberglass in front of railings, can they be cleaned? I’d prefer to not feel like i’m watching peewee hockey.
All in all, The moral of this story is all my Unilocal reviews are totally off scale now. 1 star I used to think was for something with at least couple good things to say, the 2015 red sox are most certainly below that. Let’s have an open tryout or something, great gimmick would be ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ raffle for ‘Fan Starting Pitcher of the Day’. Atleast a couple regular shmo’s bouncing fastballs trying to sniff the strikezone and often giving up SEEDS off the monster would be far more entertaining than an overpaid bum.

I’m a Red Sox fan since birth so this «might» be a little bias?! I love and hate the Red Sox at the same time — I’m sure any Sox fan can appreciate that statement. I will say the 04 and 13 teams will forever hold a special place in my heart.

An update? Well… somehow another World Series win in 2013. Who predicted that one? NOT me.
I haven’t been to Fenway for a while now (2011), since their collapse in late 2011 and my boycotting them for hiring Bobby V as mgr. What were they thinking? Anyways… they have fixed it and life is moving in the right direction again.
I’m not sure I’ll make Fenway this year… but definitely in 2016.

Okay SO they’re not perfect, actually they haven’t been perfect in a long time.
Imperfections are what we use to find faults and fix them. That’s what 04′ 07′ & 13′ was all about… That’s what I’m all about! I can’t wait until the next season :)
I’m excited to share the RedSox with my growing family and teach my daughter what patriotism is all about.

Fenway park is a big stadium filled with people .If you hate junk food bring your own food. This is where the Red Sox play baseball. That is why I like Fenway Park.

If you like baseball than you will like Fenway park. It’s where the Boston Red Sox play. It is not the season, but I am doing it because before I was a Unilocaler
I went to the Red Sox game with my dad and his friend. I give this place 5 stars, because the game was entertaining.

We have a 10 game pack holders for 12 years (straight out of college) and we have 9 seats together. The past two years they offered BP for all of their season ticket holders (10 game pack, 20 games, half season and full season), which I thought was amazing. Much respect to an organization that takes care of their dedicated fans.
HOWEVER, this year they decided to only offer BP to half season ticket holders and up, claiming «timing» issues. TIMING? The Red Sox won the World Series last year and we still went. Dedication is a two way street. You usually offer more to those dedicated fans that have stuck with you through the good and the bad, NOT take things away.
This is a 1* review for the Red Sox MANAGEMENT, not the ball park or team. We all have our ups and downs but MANAGEMENT shouldn’t kick the fans while they are down. We still went to the games in losing seasons and this is how we get repaid. Keep raising prices and taking perks away … it’s a good business plan.

My love affair with the Boston Red Sox came late in life.
As a Los Angeles native, I grew up loving one team. No… not the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim! I bled Dodger Blue all my life but was also a fan of many ball players, many of whom played for the Red Sox organization such as Wade Boggs, Mo Vaughn, Mike Greenwell, Ellis Burks, Roger Clemens, Dwight Evans, and Jim Rice just to name a few.
As an adult, I found myself loving this ball club more and more.
Going into the 2013 season, I had a good feeling about the Dodgers and Red Sox’s chances of meeting in the World Series. In spite of Los Angeles’ unreal 42 – 8 record prior to their interleague series, I knew Boston would bring the Dodgers back to reality. Sure enough, that series would be the beginning of the end of the Dodgers 2013 season.
I want to congratulate the Boston Red Sox on their amazing campaign capturing the World Series. This year’s team had a lot of heart and they knew what it took to win. It’s a shame to see a couple pieces of the puzzle move on but I have faith this organization will do whatever it takes to win again next season.
Finally, I don’t care what haters say but I was so happy the day the Red Sox signed Manny Ramirez and enjoyed following him throughout his tenure here. (I’m one of those Manny fans who followed him dating back to the Minors.)

Great year to go to a game here at the ball park. Lots of good energy and a BIG WIN! Go on a tour. It is interesting and you will learn a lot of history of the park. Not boring and entertaining for the kids.

My Grandfather went his whole life without seeing the Red Sox win a World Series. My Father got to see two in 2004 and 2007. I have a chance at seeing another in my lifetime. The way they have played this year and really come together as a unit is nothing short of amazing. Huge props to John Farrell and management for making some great moves and getting us to this point. October baseball for the Sox? Hell Yeah! This is what it’s all about. Fan for life. Go Sox!

I don’t care what people say or how they screw up year after year or anything. Anyone who doesn’t give their home team a 5 star rating is a big fat jerk.

My girlfriend and I came to New England for vacation and one of our first stops was to see the Red Sox at Fenway. The park was old, and the charm was amazing. People were friendly, seats had great views and the Sox won. We enjoyed ourselves!

I’ve been a Boston Red Sox fan since 1986, because that’s when my parents moved us from Arizona to Massachusetts. I never thought I’d see the day when the Red Sox would win the World Series, but I was there in Boston, celebrating with everyone else, diehard fans and band-​wagon followers alike, the night we won in 2004. You shocked th world by winning again in 2007.
From dresses, jerseys, t-​shirts, hoodies, socks, ornaments, getting apartments near Yawkey way, to my license plate, my heart has been with the Red Sox for all these years. And today, I’m finally writing a review to say that you guys are awesome to let Nomar fulfill his dream and retire as a Red Sox player. NomAHHHH is thrilled and so am I. Thanks again, Red Sox. I’m still a fan, even though I live in CA now. The Padres got nothing on you.
