Broadway Pizza

I ordered popcorn chicken and received chicken nuggets. NOT the same thing. One is edible, and the other is not. Oh and they were served with marinara and ranch wtf? I asked for honey mustard (it was the gross kind not the good kind) and was charged extra. You could have just kept the marinara and ranch guys. Turkey sub was very low quality turkey. Nothing like spending $ 17 at a pizza place for processed crap and still being hungry.

Ordered a small cheese pizza and wings. Ive had bigger and better frozen pizza. Ate 2 wings and threw the rest away. Waste of $ 18.00. Ended up ordering room service.

My first ever Unilocal review is dedicated to you! Good job losing several LONG TIME customers today! I’ve had my share of bad customer service but this one takes the cake!
My boyfriend called in an order for a chicken parm pizza which we get here all the time. The guy on the phone was being totally rude saying they never do that and he had no idea what we were talking about. My boyfriend tried explaining and the guy continued to be a total ass. My bf told him so and said «well you’re retarded because you just lost a customer.» The guy answering the phone proceeded to call my bf back multiple times. It’d be a totally different story if he had been calling trying to apologize and get our business back. But instead he called to threaten us and kept saying to come outside (since we were getting a delivery he knows where we live) … He only stopped calling when we threatened to involve the cops.
We’ve been ordering her for years. I’ll never be ordering from here ever again! Absolutely disgusting that Broadway’s best would have someone like that working for them. All of this over a pizza! Insane!!!
Just a friendly tip (from a waitress), if you can’t handle an unhappy customer, then you’re in the wrong line of work.

The worst pizza i have ever had in my life. Seriously.

I order from here pretty often. It’s close and cheap. Average pizza joint. Their pizza isn’t very good but it’s easy to grab a quick slice. The snack attack is good. Their wraps, subs, and calzones are good. The salads are pretty big. Very low prices and they are quick. The people there are great and I love the friendly messages they write on the bags.

Pizza was ok, the BBQ steak tip sub is above average, but the wings are some of the best I’ve had in Boston. When we would order pizza and wings we always went with Broadway because the wings are just that much better than every other pizza place around. Just ask for extra ranch to dip your crust in and you’ll be fine with the pizza.

I place this pizza joint above many other southie places such as pats, mcgoos, and redline. their wraps are really, really good. and the service for me (dine in) has always been quick and friendly.

Some of the food is great here, the steak tip salad, and the pizza. However, after almost a year of ordering from the place at least three times a month I am going to stop. My boyfriend got sick from the food last week, and today it took almost two hours for them to deliver my small pizza. I called after an hour and they said they were busy and the driver was on their way. The driver didn’t get to the apt. until at least a half hour after the call was made. My pizza was cold and I did not feel like I should have paid for it. If they fix their service issues they could be great.

Don’t order from here unless you like nasty food and poor customer service. I ordered tonight and they didn’t check in with the front desk before coming upstairs. And when the delivery guy knocked on my room door he was a complete ass. He banged on the door loudly 3 times and was inpatient with me when I opened it. It was quite disturbing. My co-​worker ordered the same night and her food was delivered to her cold, over cooked and it looked like they scrapped the grease from the grill directly on her burger and bun. When she called back and spoke with the MANAGER about it, he told her there was nothing he could do about it. This is really disappointing considering my co workers and I have been ordering from here since coming to Boston in March. We definitely won’t be ordering again from them and the hotel has also agreed not to hand out their info after seeing the condition of her food and hearing about the poor customer service.

Pizza is atrocious. Poor quality dough. Not cooked enough, rubbery, bland everything. Mexican pizza was barely cooked. Crappy sausage, tomatoes, onions, canned chilis. Just nothing interesting or good about this at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They sent me the wrong order and when you call to get it correct the MANAGER refused to help and insisted it wasn’t their fault. I ordered a half hamburger half cheese pizza. They sent me a full sausage pizza! DO NOT ORDER they have the worst customer service skills!

Broadway’s Best is your typical pizza joint in Southie. The option for online ordering is a plus and they are usually on point with delivery. They also write funny sayings on all the boxes/​bags which never fails to make me smile.
I’m not a huge fan of the pizza itself, but they make decent subs and other dishes. The portions are huge and definitely enough to spread over a couple of days.

My office orders lunch at least once a week on Wednesdays and sometimes Fridays. This is one of our go-​to places as we are at Drydock and not a lot of places deliver here. We order about 8 lunches at a time and every time they’ve been prompt, the orders were correct and the food was hot. As was the delivery driver :) Also they always put cute messages on the bags which is fun! Today I placed our order online and then I had to call to modify it because my boss changed his order.Typical. They made the change right away and the order was correct when it arrived. I’ve called to deliver before and the same girl is always super nice and fast. The food is always good here — salads are huge, and subs and wraps are great. Two of us got calzones today and they were not too big, but hot and fresh. Great meals and service as always!

This place is what you would expect, it’s a pizza joint that has a huge menu with some other good items on it.

I have not had the pizza, so it may be great, the subs were horrible, everyone in our group was not impressed, really bad.

Love the pizza here, the buffalo chicken and veggie are some of my favorites.
Its great for takeout and delivery, its not a place to go and sit and eat in at all, but the staff is very polite and personable.
If your looking for good Pizza in Southie this is a great spot.

Great place. Never had the pizza from here, but sandwiches, sides and calzones are delicious! Order online. save 20%…fast delivery, great service, great food.

Tried their Broccoli and Grilled Chicken Salad and it was great — fresh, hearty portions of greens and chicken. Delivery was prompt and unlike most of the other places I’ve tried, the guy actually buzzed the door and made his way up the stairs. Will definitely order from them again!

The pizza here is pretty decent. It’s nothing fancy, just your standard pizza fare. I also got a decent calzone here (spinach, feta and mozz). The calzones are huge — can feed 2 – 3 people. They could use some help when it comes to using the buzzer function in apartment buildings, but aside from that… the food is good, so I’ll keep ordering.
