Called three times in a row. No answer, nobody to put me on hold, no voicemail. Nothing. Can barely write a review!

Used to be a big fan of the mill. Solid delivery consistent and good price. And then there was that one time they delivered and accidentally delivered me too much food. I did eat all of it by mistake and felt bad afterwards. But then they called me back asked if they could have it back and they were going to deliver it after it was in my house for half an hour. Would you want you pizza to have a layover on its way to your place? No thank you. I think someone put something in my calzone I felt funny…

2 stars for being open late in Boston, I went at 1:20am. A star for not making us wait too long. It was take out. What I did not like was that their dinner plates seem a bit expensive and did not include a soda. Im from New York, I believe this is a requirement. Also the chicken tenders were subpar at best. Yeah I know it was probably frozen just before but I have had better seasoned frozen food.

Ordered a veggie pizza and BBQ honey chicken tenders. Given that it’s hard to mess up pizza, it wasn’t bad… But probably won’t order from here again. The spinach was kind of just thrown on top in large pieces. The BBQ sauce was drizzled scarcely over the tenders. Maybe I’m picky but is it too much to ask that the tenders are covered in sauce?

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a catering service. I ordered catering for Monday, March 16th, 2015. The order was delivered 20 minutes late, after the event already started. And they didn’t even give us the whole order! I ordered the American Platter and only received meat, cheese, and tortillas. There were no rolls or potato salad. Complete rip off, the way it was packaged was extremely ghetto as well. Fortunately, EzCater was able to refund us since Windmill refused to do so more than $ 20. I would not order here again or recommend them to anyone.

Was disappointed when i heard pats tritorria closed down so i went in to try the new place with the new owners and i tried a tuna salad salad. I asked the cashier to begin with” how the tuna was here” and the cook came over and let me sample some tuna salad and chicken salad to make my selection for my salad. Both were good but the tuna was delicious. I highly suggest it to someone trying to get a healthy lunch in. Other than that i had a piece of pizza and that was good too.

Windmill’s food is pretty good… when they get your order right. I’ve ordered delivery from them several times. Without fail, they screw up the order EVERYSINGLETIME. I asked for a refund which, after 5 minutes of combative debate, they said they would give me. They NEVER refunded my money. I had to go to their location three times to talk to the owner and get my refund. This was a couple of months ago and they were just opening. Sometimes these wrinkles need ironed out with a new business. I didn’t order for a while in the hopes that they would improve. I ordered from them last week(this time for pick-up). They once again messed up the order, but at least I was there to get the issue corrected on the spot. Today, I ordered delivery with fingers crossed that it would come as ordered. What do you think happened? You got it! Messed up order again. Nothing is worse than ordering delivery when you’re starving, wait 45 minutes, have the food come and it’s not what you ordered. They told me they would send a new order out, but I told them to skip it. I can’t enjoy the food thinking that somebody may have spit in it(or the like). I’m issuing a permanent boycott on Windmill. I recommend you all do the same.

My roommate and I have been ordering from this place since it opened, and I finally felt like it needed my review. Our normal«go-to» is the spicy garlic/spicy BBQ wings and fried raviolis, all of which I highly recommend. My roommate won’t stray from his order, but I have recently tried other items, like the potato skins, marinated steak sub, and the chicken quesadilla, to name the noteworthy choices. We live close, so delivery seems unnecessary so I can’t speak to that point, but the guys inside are pretty friendly with us and we’re in and out fairly quick. If we decide to order takeout, this is our default now, with the consistent quality and decent portions, I haven’t been dissatisfied yet.

Extremely disappointed with the food and service. They seem to be applying no effort to food preparation whatsoever. And the level of service was equally below expectations. My advice is try any place else on Broadway

I’ve ordered multiple different items from Windmill’s menu and have never had a bad experience. You absolutely can’t go wrong, everything they make is delicious.

New go-to delivery spot! Ordered their chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and roommate ordered chicken, bacon, ranch sub. Customer service was great, delivery was super fast(only took about 20 minutes), and food was awesome.

Stay Away From This Place Like the Plague… I Had Ordered a Simple Cheeseburger Club Sandwich To Dine In At This Restaurant… And after patiently waiting for about 20 Minutes, …I Had Never got my Sandwich, Because they Gave my order to another Customer who Consumed it at the table right next to me… And of Coarse, I said to the Wait Staff ” You need to Refund my Money Now”, the Manager Stepped Forward and then Began Questioning and Giving me the 3rd Degree about, Why do i want my Money Refunded ?. And if that’s not bad Enough, While I was Going Around with the Manager for my Refund, One of the Wait Staff Went to One of the Tables and Confiscated a Food To Go Container from a seated Customer… You Guessed it. The Very Same Seated Customer Who had Just Consumed My Cheeseburger Club Sandwich !!! .And This Wait Staff Person Now Proceeded to try to Offer or Convince me to Take That Customers Food«To Go Order,» instead of Taking my Money Back !!!. And I Need to Clarify … Okay Maybe My Order was put in The To Go Box by Mistake? …Nope, Sorry Benefit of Doubt Not Here. The To Go Box Container Offering Did Not Have My Missing Order of the Cheeseburger Club Sandwich., But it did Contain a Simple Hamburger and Some French Fried Potatoes. But Of Coarse I Did Not Accept The To Go Box Offering and Left very Unhappy and Irritated to say The Least.

Ordered steak and cheese subs. The cheese wasn’t melted! I even tried to put it in my oven and the cheese still wouldn’t melt. It was rubbery and plastic like. It had the potential to be a great sub I find it so gross to have unmelted cheese on a hot sub. There messy fries were delicious so I didn’t completely starve.

Figured I’d try the place for delivery for dinner. Ordered the San Diego Diet burger because I like Avacados and bacon with a side of sweet potato fries. Fries were soggy and undercooked. I ordered the burger medium rare and it was cooked well done and dry. Got a 12% discount for my order, probably a promotional tool since this place is new. Won’t be going back. They better keep that discount or improve the quality of what’s coming out of the kitchen or this joint’s going under. Giving it two stars because if they manage to turn it around it could be a good place, the diverse menu options cater to a wide crowd they just have to figure out the quality.

This just opened down the street from my house earlier this week. They still need work on organization w the register, tables and kitchen. Service was nice but rather slow, but understandable since they’re brand spankin new. My roomie got the Italian which he enjoyed and I got to try their messy fries which I liked esp bc of the soggy fries! Prices are very reasonable and they have happy hour from 3−5pm M-F 15% off and 15% off for all military forces all day everyday. Word on the street was that they are gonna try making it a wine and beer joint in the future when they get their liquor license… Which I’m interested to see how that pans out.
