This is a very unrliable bus company. They started a new bus stop at North Quincy Subway station but did not run Tue bus as promised. Six passengers including me waiting in freezing cold (25F) for 6pm bus since 5:15pm. But we found no bus in the parking zone across the Quincy high school (indicated on bus ticket). We called the number printed on ticket, no one answered. Eventually one of us called the
ticket company phone number and spoke to one of the customer service person. She called the company and the company said they were here and picked up passengers already. That is totally not true. They offered no apolpgy or rwfund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Took this bus three times now. It’s quick, timely, and currently offers the most competitive price compared to the other bus companies. The demise of Yobus has brought up the price of bus tickets a little. Nevertheless, it’s got a good price and gets you to Bos/​NY in 4 hours

I found this new Chinatown Bus Service between Boston, MA and New York City online when I was searching for an alternative to drive. What really impressed me most was its punctuality, which I have not been getting from other bus lines recently, especially coming back from NYC (and I tried a variety). This is critical when you plan to arrive back to Boston in time for the last T train from South Station, otherwise an expensive taxi ride back home!
To leave from NYC, I got off at Grant St subway station and walked along Grand St for a couple of blocks to Allen St, picking up food and drink for the journey along the way. The bus was waiting, and an agent was on the bus ticking off names of advance booking as you board with a print-​out. For some reason my name was not on the list, but there was no problem as I was there 30-​min before the departure and there were plenty of seats left then. So I highly recommend you to arrive there about 30-​min before the departure to secure your seat.
Online purchase of bus ticket was easy. Price was very reasonable $ 22 one way with no online handling charge. I will definitely use it again, as long as it maintains its punctuality!

This is a new Chinatown Bus Service between Boston, MA and New York City. The bus left on time and arrived on time. You only needed to show your booking on your Smartphone or bring a print-​out. However, the seats were extra cramped together on the bus I was on. It seemed like they added some extra rows. The bus made a stop along the way at a Highway Rest Stop in Connecticut, which was nice as folks didn’t have to wait in long lines to use the bathroom. Price was reasonable at $ 22 one way. Reminded me a lot of another defunct Chinatown bus service. Our driver used to drive was on their buses. I will definitely use again.
