Dellaria Salon

Dellaria is awesome. They are reasonably priced, very helpful when you call and even ordered the specific color I use (as a new client I thought this was amazing, the other salon I had tried in Boston their front desk /​manager was like the gate keeper to hell, Michelle at Dellaria is AMAZING and wonderfully nice). Brittany cut and colors my hair, she does an awesome job, is super friendly and really listens to me and what I want. I would highly recommend Dellaria for all hair needs, especially Brittany!

I’ve known Monette to do amazing cut and color. She gave me a whole knew ‘do after I had my baby. I have never received so many compliments. She gave me an awesome sombre and asymmetrical bob that was easy to style. If you want a look that is trendy and manageable, go to Monette.

I was a bit skeptical since the salon doesn’t have good reviews, however I am happy with my hair. Brittany is so nice and she did my hair exactly how I wanted. I needed highlights to get rid of the red and she fixed it. The price was average.

I had a horrible experience at this salon from the salon itself to the corporate company. I scheduled an appointment for extensions and I was told I had to make a $ 50 deposit so I did and then came my appointment. I had Monette do my extensions in a vixen sew-​in style. My tracks were exposed and were lumpy after six hours of sitting in the chair. She was nice so I rescheduled another date to come back and fix it… Another day and another 3hrs later it still looked like amateur work. I decided that I would call corporate to get a refund because it clearly was a horrible job and going back a 3^rd time was not going to fix it. The associate I spoke to in corporate was unapologetic for my experience at the salon and told me I had to go to another Dellaria hair salon so a stylist could «evaluate» my hair along with pictures of my hair to prove why I should be refunded. I went to another Dellaria hair salon and the stylist there said the work was atrocious and apologized for my experience at the other salon. I then had to call the associate at corporate office my refund. they then told me that the money would go back on my card and it took over a week to get the funds. The refund they issued me was for the incorrect amount and I had to get proof from my bank that the amount was incorrect. I have yet to hear back from the associate in corporate regarding my refund!

First time here. Staff are extraordinarily friendly. Superb blow outs. Great tips and a very clean and bright place.
