I think this business is closed. I have tried calling the number listed at least 50 times(I moved from another city and my dentist had recommended her), no one has ever picked or returned my call.

It is completely absurd and unthinkable how people have rated this corporation three stars. If no stars was an option, I would have done that. Doreen is not an orthodontist that is passionate about her work: improving someone’s teeth, but rather trying to get the money’s worth. She rushes through every patient, and acts aggressively. If she is your orthodontist, she will pry open your mouth and jab tools into it paying no regard to the pain you are feeling. Half the time when she is busy, her employees are operating on patients. But are always are in necessity of her help. How can this system be effective when there are more than 3 patients at a time and she is needed to help all of them including one of her own. Not only is she unqualified she has not trained her workers to work efficiently. I’ve had braces for 4 years and the glue she uses for my braces are obviously ineffective. I can never eat anything in fear of breaking one of braces or wires and suffering through her wrath. No kidding, she does not possess the capability to sympathize and will complain about how«you» were being careless. However, she was the one that gave me those shitty braces. She is also very disrespectful making snide comments here and there and degrades patients on a daily basis. When she was talking to my mom who does not speak English very fluently, she dismissed her right away and rudely announced that my mother did not speak English and therefore could not comprehend anything. I would not recommend anyone to go to her for any orthodontist work. Not only will you be wasting your money and time but your teeth will have not improved in the long run. If you plan on working there, good luck… hopefully you will survive.

I love love love Dr. Chong! She’s great :-) First of all, she’s an Asian woman who grew up in Jamaica and she uses«mon» at the end of every sentence. Like, «How are you today, Anna mon?» and«Your teeth are making nice progress, mon.» Friggin’ hilarious :-) Anyway, it’s been a while since I’ve had braces, but I went to Dr. Chong through a referral. I didn’t get braces until after high school, so at that age, your teeth are less«moveable». However, Dr. Chong did her magic and I now smile all the time because of it :-) I had a pretty bad overbite, overcrowding, AND crooked teeth. I ended up having four incisors removed to make room for the rest of my teeth and now my smile is perfect. I don’t even wear my retainer anymore(shhh… don’t tell her that!) and my teeth have not shifted in almost 10 years. My little brother went to her as well and she did a great job as well. She is a little pricey — that much I remember. I think way back when, it cost me almost $ 4000, which is a lot, and insurance didn’t cover any of it. But, she set us up with a payment plan, she was very flexible with my appointments because of school, and she is one of the nicest, most pleasant doctors I have ever met. Totally professional, non-intimidating, etc. Her assistants are also really nice and do excellent work. When I went to her, she wasn’t doing InvisAlign or any of the«newer» orthodontic procedures, but given how it’s almost been a decade, I would imagine it’s quite different now. She is an amazing orthodontist and I highly recommend!
