the burger there is pretty good. but the french fries there is just ok.

It’s a Burger King. Standards aren’t always the highest. But it’s always a pretty good value. This location in particular does make some very silly mistakes, like automatically punching in fries even when ordering onion rings. They go through so many orders that they’re very machine-like about inputting the same order. The good: they’re quick, they’re generally very friendly, and the food is hot and decent. I always get their 2 sandwiches for $ 5 deal or order off the dollar menu. So I don’t see why some reviewers are complaining about their $ 9+ meals. It’s also good to note that this place is near Park Street, so it often is filled with some bums, but that doesn’t really bother me, but I suppose it would bother some people.

What can you expect? Always read the receipt when you go to either McDonalds or Burger King. Why? not because they might get your order wrong, but because you can usually fill out a survey to get like a buy one get one free burger. Speaking of «BOGO,» the 2 for $ 4 croissan’wich is a pretty good deal. I saw someone order 2 McMuffins here and the cashier somehow knew what he wanted. Lot of sketchy people here trying to use the restroom that says customers only. Recommend getting the food to go.

This store is one of the best fast food places around. The service is always quick and friendly. The place is always clean because they have someone cleaning it. Reasonable prices and excellent experiences here. And they have security unlike all the places downtown so you know you are safe when eating there. and for all the complainers about 25cents for a sauce… sauce comes with your order if you order nuggets or chicken fries. So either order nuggets or just pay the freaking 25cents CHEAPO! Can’t believe people give the staff a hard time over sauce that they don’t deserve. Move on, cry babies!!!

Don’t advertise for a product you don’t have. Came in to get the Halloween whopper because of all the ads in the store and online, but you didn’t have the buns.

Wanna know how to become a billion dollar company? Charge $ 9.30 for $ 1 worth of food then charge $.27 for bbq sauce. Burger King you suck. It would have been cheaper and healthier to order a sub somewhere else.

I only went to this place twice, and the staff seems friendly. Both times I used a coupon to order, and it was hassle free. I actually work for fast food as well, so I know how the staff feels during certain conditions. The more non-stop service there is, the chances of their smiles turning to something less are higher.

I gave this Burger King 2 stars due to terrible service. I work in the fast food industry, And I know how long a wait is in a crowded restaurant. I waited 25 minutes for small fries and a chicken sandwich. I then waited in line for the bathroom for 15 minutes, by the time it was my turn I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. If they can’t clean a bathroom, how clean is it where they are cooking my food? I went up to the front counter and told them the conditions of their bathroom, and they preceded to do nothing. So I had to use the men’s bathrooms and that bathroom was even worse. I then noticed a girl was handling food without gloves on… I’m usually not one to write a bad review but honestly this was probably one of the worst experiences I ever had at a fast food restaurant. I will not ever return.

I was so disappointed with this burger king today. They messed up my order wrong and lied about it when they did

This BK is irritating. It is always super crowded, with a long line, and always has thousands of super drunk homeless beggars and loud, screaming, jumping teenagers. Sometimes tough to find seating. One small bathroom which you have to ask to access. The employees are ok, its the customers. It depends what time of day it is though.

There’s a certain level of shame that accompanies a lunch order at Burger King(going for late-night munchies, however, is entirely acceptable). But when you’re on a budget and have a coupon, sometimes, you justify your culinary decisions. Today was one such occasion, and the double bacon cheeseburger and large classic fries were calling my name. I couldn’t argue with the price: $ 3.24 with the coupon. The double bacon cheeseburger didn’t taste terrible for fast food(although the bacon was almost rock-hard). Too bad it was the size of a slider. I could have eaten two. The fries were pretty unfortunate. When I succumb to fast food, it’s usually for the fries. These tasted like old cardboard. Won’t be dreaming about those disappointments anytime soon. Not the end of the world: you get what you pay for. Would I go again? Yes, but I don’t want to admit it. It is the BK Lounge, after all.

This place is always filthy but today hit a new low. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the girl out back was taking too long to make it. SO the assistant manager yells at her to «hurry up» to which she replies«shut up»(class act). I then watch as she takes both of my pieces of bread and rubs them on the filthy counter and smiles. She does this while looking at the asst. manager and they both smile and laugh about it. When I confront this person he tells me he gave me a large hash brown to make up for it. Yeah that definitely makes up for the number of diseases I could have caught because your employee was mad at you and took it out on an innocent customer. She and he both need to be fired as I’m sure that’s not the first time they have shared delight at intentionally trying to poison their customers. With people like that, you have to wonder what they do to the food in the places we can’t see.

So I am writing a review about Burger King. Don’t judge. This place has gotten me through three years of law school. The staff here are super friendly, when they have every reason not to be. When you ask for condiments, they will give you a heaping handful. When you decide that you want an ordinary chicken sandwich, and then proceed to add all sorts of custom toppings, they will grin and bear it.(You didn’t think you could change the sandwiches did you? Oh contrare!) They take any coupon you throw at them, including ones you’ve found online that are not advertised as being accepted at their store. Cons: No matter how clean it is here, it still looks dirty. I think it’s the lighting. It is rather gloomy and yellow tinged. Homeless people everywhere. Also drunk people. And angry teenagers. And unhappy sorts of folk who yell at each other directly in front of the doorway. Anywhoo. If you are living off the fumes of your last paycheck, or are drunk and need grease. Go here. It’s better then the McDonalds options in the area.

if you really need to go to the bathroom — this place has them… whew…but of course you have to be a paying customer. so we ordered light — and were relieved, literally. very busy location — constant flow of traffic. staff was pretty darn good considering the stress they are constantly under.

The best thing about this place is employee, Kyle. He’s been working there for quite a while now and he’s usually taking orders at the register. This guy is perpetually upbeat, cheerful, chatty and polite, He turns an expected, mediocre fast food experience into something more memorable and it’s always good to see his smiling face. I’d love to see this guy move on to something more suited to his personality in the hospitality industry. He would be exceptional.

Terribly slow service. Crews including the manager are playing and joking around like they are having a party in the store.

This has been one of the best, I’d not the best burger king I’ve ever been to. Food was extremely fresh and tasty. The clientele was kind of… iffy, but the food was great.

Fat G. coming in with a review about one of the local fast food restaurants in the Downtown area. Usually I’m against going to big franchise places, but it was an emergency =( Coming back from the Immortal Technique concert(sponsored by ) [that’s Underground Hip Hop), I was looking for a quick place to eat dinner before going to my cousin’s place. Having a craving for Burger King fries, I went to Park Street to grab a bite. It’s a fast-food restaraunt. When you enter, on the right there is combination seating of tables with high chairs, booths, and regular tables. On the left, there is an area to wait and order. Prices are typically inexpensive. The lighting was ok, and I guess like most of these places, bathrooms are for customers only. It wasn’t a big deal, but it makes the place seem brutish. I ordered a Tendercrisp Sandwich. The food was horrible. Compared to the other Burger Kings I’ve been to in the Mass. area, the chicken looked more like a McChicken than what it normally looks like, which is full breaded and crispy. The fries were lukewarm and soft. The seating area was dirty too. People left their trash and food everywhere. If the customers don’t give a crap about the place, one can usually see why. Their back area had food all over the floor, cups and drinks from other places. Service was rude and impatient. Also their in-store advertisments felt out of place. Next time, I’ll try the McDonalds 2 blocks down.

This location across from the Park Street T stop seems to be the only Burger King in the Downtown area of Boston. While I’m now an infrequent patron of the fast food industry, my childhood experiences has led me to be more of a Mickey D person than a Burger King person. But somehow I had ended up with a voucher for a free small Whopper meal, so off I went! Fortunately, this location does accept coupons. The fellow at the register joked with me a tad and let me swap the free small soda for a free small milk without any trouble. Sure, I had to step aside and wait a bit for the hot items of my order to be filled, but those managing the register during this lunch rush continually encouraged the next customer in line to step up so that they could take their orders, and my fries and Whopper were indeed hot when they arrived. The small meal was plenty for my appetite. The fries were crisp and tasty. The Whopper as a default seems to come with lettuce, two small sad slices of tomato, sweet white onion, pickles, ketchup and mayo. There were definite grill marks on the patty. Heinz is their ketchup of choice — nice! *** 7÷29÷2011 visit *** No wonder I felt that the Whopper was pretty big with its 4 inches in diameter(approx) bun… I just realized that I’ve been ordering the Jr. Whopper off the value menu in the past. The twin slices of tomato were prettier this time around, but still no where near the season’s best. If it is a choice between the fries and the onion rings, get the fries. The onion rings are mostly crispy crunchy breading with very little onion flavor(although I did spy an actual ring of onion inside, and not the reshaped diced onions of yesteryear). The ring portion is also smaller than the spud. Bathrooms are locked and for paying customers only. You have to ask them to unlock it for you if you want to use it.(No paper towels available in there, just the hand dryer.) *** 7⁄2012 visit *** Down a star to 2 stars. They’ve changed the place a bit since my last visit. The menu is now broadcasted on screens, so sometimes you’ll see a video of ketchup being squeezed onto a burger. There is now a funnel ordering system where you get in line, 2 – 3 cashiers take your order and then you go and wait for you number to be called. Not a bad idea… till the cashier looks up over my shoulder at the fellow behind me who is talking on a cellphone and asks to serve him next. Huh??? When my order was ready, I didn’t see ketchup anywhere, so I inquired and was asked how many packets I wanted. Not the most convenient. When I had set my lunch down on the table, I noticed that my drink was missing… so I went back. When I told them I didn’t get my milk, I was told an excuse and was handed a bottle without an apolgy. So their service is lacking. As for some positives — a lady was cleaning the floors and tabletops as I munched through my lunch. The burger’s toppings were evenly distributed, unlike the filet o’fish over at their competition.
