It would be impossible to imagine a better transcription service. I’m surprised these folks aren’t up on Unilocal yet, because they’ve been around a long time. My guess is that word of mouth has been more than enough for their success. And I can see why. They are an unusually friendly, polished, and very skilled transcription service. You send them a tape, in any language and no matter how rough, and they will produce a beautiful transcription, and as quickly as you need. The director, Michael Sesling, is a consummate professional– friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to advise and help, as needed. And the transcribers aren’t just excellent typists/​transcribers, they are well educated and skilled at problem-​solving. This is the real deal.
