A few steps to get in and super crowded with few seating options are the things holding this back from being a five. Great service. Super fast.

Extremely slow… I go here every morning between 8−9AM and the employees are oblivious to the fact that their customers are in a rush to get to work. They move at a snails pace!

Right off the DT Crossing train stop, mostly crowded from 740−815am everyday. they are a little slow and i always have to ask for my bagel to be retoasted but they get the coffee orders right so hey!

This is the latest addition of DD in Boston. This is the tiny DD nestled into the side of Macy’s, across the street from CVS.
They recently split the «lanes» of customers — one is drinks only, the other is everything else. Surprisingly, the lines move pretty quickly. You never wait too long here at all.
You head up about 7 steps to get in here — so if you use a wheelchair you may want to go somewhere else. They do have an elevator thing but it’s so crowded, I can’t imagine anyone being able to use it easily.
Place runs like clockwork. They’ll get ya what ya need.
