It’s a great store. I’ve used them for small and large projects. Everything from changing out a picture’s broken glass to creative framing. Nice people and very accommodating.

I brought a Georgia Okeefe poster to be framed here a few weeks ago. I had a great experience! A lady(who’s name I have unfortunately forgotten) worked with me to create a beautiful matt and frame. When she told me how much the piece would cost, I was noticeably surprised, as I’d never gotten anything framed professionally before. She kindly and patiently went on to explain a variety of other cheaper options which I chose from. It came out absolutely beautiful! I love my piece and couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience working with people over at Fast Frame. Thank you!

Peter has been my go to guy for custom framing. I never know when I will need something quickly for a job. Sometimes just a custom matte cut and FastFrame is willing to cut on the spot if necessary, His employees are very knowledgeable! Never been sorry for choosing FastFrame.

Fast Frame is a great neighborhood frame store! We stopped in one day because we saw they had historic maps of Boston. The store didn’t have the print we wanted, but they kindly directed us to a website where we could find several additional maps. They didn’t try to keep the sale for themselves, they were just being friendly and wanted to make sure we got the map we wanted(even if it wasn’t purchased through them). I came in a few weeks later with a map to frame and a custom athletic memorabilia project. Fast Frame quoted me fair prices and a good timeline to get the work done. I was totally impressed when I picked up my pieces. The attendant put as much care into my custom project as if she was doing it for her own home. Really appreciate the friendly, attentive service of this place and no-pressure sales process. Will definitely be returning!

I have used FastFrame on East Berkley for years, probably since they opened. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality framing and superior customer service. Peter Crossley is the owner & he and his sister do the work on site [that’s my understanding.] Each and every time we’ve had Peter mat/frame a print, the work has been nothing short of perfect and is always completed on time. I have gone to FastFrame not really knowing what I wanted or which color would work best and I love that I can depend on Peter, et al to use their artistic«eye» to advise me and choose the best material to compliment the particular image I want framed. They know what they’re doing and it shows~ they’ve never let me down. Once I went to FF with an antique lithograph I inherited. It had hung in my grandmother’s hallway for over 50 years and I grew up seeing it every Sunday and holidays. The lithograph itself was in beautiful shape but not the frame, so my husband had the image re-framed for my birthday. With Peter’s guidance I chose the perfect frame and listened to his opinion that matting was unnecessary. The job cost several hundred dollars but the finished product was breathtaking. It is a focal piece in the heart of our home and cheap/discount wasn’t an option. This is exquisite and looks it. In closing; Peter treats every job as important, it doesn’t matter if you’re going to spend $ 40 dollars or $ 500 dollars, you’re shown the same respect and care. FF also had generous coupon discounts every now and then, I’m not sure if they still offer that but it was an amazing way to save money on framing services. Coupons or no coupons, we’ve enjoyed years of excellent service from FastFrame on East Berkley Street, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. TY

We took a few pieces of original art work to Peter at Fastframe on E. Berkeley Street last spring and were totally pleased with the outcome. Peter is very friendly and knows his stuff. He walked us through a bunch of options for frames that would work both in concert with each other, as well as with the paintings we were framing. When we discovered one frame was silver leaf, and ridiculously out of our price range, we all had a good laugh and moved on. There was no stigma about being practical. A few days after making decisions, we found out that one frame was unavailable, and Peter agreed to quote us the alternate frame at the same price if it was more expensive. A simple gesture, but it went a long way. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any pieces to him or to recommend. He has lots of options and is fairly priced. He also has a good collection of art and vintage maps available framed or for framing there. The store is worth checking out.
