This place is full of incompetent workers, that act less than sub human. If you speak jordan-​anese nike-​anese. You’ll be fine. As far as for getting running shoes or any other shoe that does not involve basketball or hood rat culture your fucked. Basically most of these workers can’t articulate to save their lives! All your going to hear is… Good, bad, ugly, comfortate, Ooh! Shinny! Let alone respond to a damn phone call. I suggest you go to city sports which is just around the comer on Bromfield st.

The lady who took care of return process was nice, but nothing she could do to really fix the problem. Got refund smoothly so bumping up to 2stars.

I walked in, looking to buy and wear shoes at that minute. I stand at the woman’s wall, looking for help, and this guy comes over, in his VERY VISABLE Foot Locker Jersey. He says, how are you doing? My boyfriend says, Great, my girlfriend just needs a size. And off he goes, behind the counter, to do NOTHING. he must not have heard my boyfriend, aka, not cared how he was doing.
There is a Foot Locker employee literally WATCHING me wait for someone, so I say EXCUSE ME, can I please have this shoe in a 7? He turns and walks away and into the back. Nothing, no aknowledgment, no yes, not even a grunt of having to move from his place. Like really, I’d do it myself, but you guys do this funny little thing where you put the shoes in the back where only employees can go.
My boyfriend has his backpack in the store. and lets get one thing clear. JUST BECAUSE A HALF BLACK MAN HAS HIS BACKPACK IN A STORE, DOES NOT MEAN HE IS STEALING. While trying on the shoes, they were just staring at us. Esp so when he went up to pay for them while I put them on because I wanted to wear them out.
Horrible, and Champs is ten times better. I hate this Foot Locker.

i couldn’t believe this place, it had practically nothing, some shoes and shirts, but other than that very poor selection

I normally like Foot Locker, but this one is really small, so they don’t have a good selection at all, you are probably better off going to Champ’s.
