This restaurant is very hit or miss for me. The concept of fresh wraps(I am a sucker for burrito style anything) with crunchy veggies, bright dressings, and choose your own protein(or not! This is a great option) is good. And sometimes, I’ve had a great one: crisp cabbage! Firm edemame! The perfect ratio of quinoa and dressing! But other times it just seems like a roll of quinoa and parsley. At least it always seems fresh. I do like to pop in and grab a quality tea or juice. The staff comes across as nice, although it seems like they have a lot of additional tasks besides customer service.

Great way to start off the morning. Decent food fast. I’ve had their burritos a lot and I can’t complain. Their froyo is solid as well. Nothing I can complain about.

Nice clean and friendly staff. Food on the other hand lacks flavor. Great concept just boring food.

If your looking for healthy organic food at a somewhat, but not really, reasonable place Freshii has what you want. The service is great and the food is fresh but the price is high and the food doesn’t have much flavor. Also they recently got rid of their falafel bowl, my fav, but the Mediterranean is a decent substitute. The banana smoothie is also filling and probably has the most flavor of anything.

Freshii’s catered our event and this was the first time I had tried them and the food was delicious! Very fresh and they tailored options to folks with dietary restrictions. The staff was also very nice and explained what each item was. I will definitely go back to visit their store. Also, I work for an organization that brings in a lot of caterers so I will be using them, for sure!

I attended an event catered by Freshii and I’m so glad I’ve learned about this gem! The wraps, salads, and snacks were all delicious and this seems like an ideal place to grab a quick lunch without leaving feeling greasy!

Freshii catered an event for us back in June. The food from Freshii was delicious and healthy! The event had a lot of people with dietary restrictions and Tayler happily accommodated us with plenty of gluten free options. Everything tasted so fresh and left all of our guests feeling satisfied. I love that Freshii is eco-friendly and that they only use natural cleaning products!

Can’t speak on the food quality but I love the Flat Black Coffee! I go here when ever I need a jolt of caffeine(and I’m too lazy to walk to Starbucks). The free coffee at my job just doesn’t deliver what Freshiis Flat Black does.

I love food and being a vegetarian — but it isn’t always easy to find yummy, healthy, and TRULYFRESH food on the go. I recently had the privilege of sampling Freshii’s salads and wraps at a charity event in Boston and was way beyond what I was expecting. The fiesta salad was AWESOME; really crisp, fresh, and flavorful. Usually to-go veggies taste like plastic and pesticides, but these guys respect REAL. Besides the food, the staff have hearts of gold. You kind of have to if you’re working for a mission-driven place like Freshii. I was on staff at the charity event and at the end of the night the manager came up to us and gave us a huge free salad because she knew we hadn’t had time to eat too much. Beyond generous. EATHERE. YOUWILLNEVERWANTPANERAAGAIN.(BTW these greens are super affordable!!)

Needed 100 delicious sandwiches for an event. Not only did Freshii rise to the challenge of creating them in a small window of time(to keep them fresh and delicious) they stuffed the sandwiches with fresh and tasty ingredients, put 100 flavored sauces on the side and packaged everything up so nicely the presentation was just lovely. The sandwiches, we had a variety of four different types, were stuffed with protein, vegetable and lettuce. They were incredibly popular and I received a ton of compliments on them. At the buffet table we also had ice cream sundaes, cookies and fruit. At the end of the rush, we had excess of everything, but the sandwiches. They were the first to go and people returned for more. Incredibly accommodating staff, the manager went out of his way to meet us on Saturday morning(They are closed on Saturday) to arrange for the pick up to ensure the sandwiches stayed as fresh as possible. The staff was personable and friendly. I do events for a living and have worked with many caterers and restaurants, this is by far one of the best I have had the good fortune to encounter. Everything exceeded expectations. Five stars well earned!

My coworkers and I gave this place a try and after 2 – 3 times of eating here, we are collectively giving it a two. It really isn’t that pricey for Fort Point, but they don’t give you what you pay for. If you order steak or chicken, you get like 3 small cubes. They also have a hard time getting your order right and will consistently leave out the protein you pay for or exclusions you take out. Maybe they just need better management? Oh and they also close at 4pm. What’s up with that?

I come here to buy Hint Water. I’ve had their mediocre food, and I’m fine with mediocre food if you just need a quick nearby lunch or breakfast by bits overpriced. I also bought a coke here that was flat. Don’t ask me why I bought a coke at freshii…

Kind of have to agree with Angel M.‘s review from 8÷26÷2014 here. I walked into a very clean, well light, spacious establishment for some lunch with co-workers and left feeling like that lunch was just too pricey. We arrived and grabbed some menus that were setup on small clipboards. It was a bit confusing at first but we walked over the friendly staff at the register and they assisted us in the process. I went with a Mediterranean bowl, paid wand proceeded to the left and saw it being made to order. A few minutes later it was ready and I headed back to desk to chomp down on it. The bowl tasted pretty good but it was far from filling. If I recall correctly, it was around $ 10-$ 11 and my co-worker was also hungry after eating his wrap. Not all that thrilled to be honest and had to snack an hour later. For much less money, I can get a better, more filling lunch in Fort Point. It may not be as healthy but I ended up snacking to make up for it so what’s so healthy about that? I’d be hard pressed to return despite their friendly staff. I just didn’t dig the concept that much and felt like the execution could have been much better. And it was simply too expensive and offered a questionable value. No thank you.

New shop. Ironing out growing pains. Really starting to be as good as the first location. Still the best option for this neighborhood. Try the chili.

Summary: Mediocre food, illogical pricing structure, incredibly rude staff. Food: Not bad but not worth the money. They offer a salad or a wrap. Interestingly enough the salad costs more than the wrap yet it has less ingredients. I ordered a salad and it is made EXACTLY the same way as the wrap. The«cook» actually dumped my salad onto a tortilla and wrapped it. I then said I ordered a salad, all he did is open the tortilla and dump the ingredients into a bowl and throw out the tortilla. So I didn’t use a tortilla but I paid more? Terrible pricing structure. Coffee bar; The coffee/espresso is pretty good actually; however, it was instantly soured by the Barista. I ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel. I immediately got a lesson on diabetes prevention from the Barista. «You should watch out how much caramel you use, it could give you diabetes». Really? Last I checked I was at a coffee shop not a doctor’s office. This place has no right to be in business and I hope it gets replaced with something else. TIP: If you want a salad, order the wrap and ask for a bowl.

Freshii food is delicious! Their teriyaki bowl is awesome and I love their selection of breakfast foods — seriously I’ve had the Fiesta burrito, the bacon egg and cheese pocket, as well as the greek yogurt parfait and they’ve all been awesome. I love that they are a «fast food» restaurant but I don’t feel completed bloated and disgusting after eating there because all the selections are good-for-you foods. No doubt, I’ll be back!

Where I work on Channel Center street, options for getting a quick, decent lunch if you have a meeting in 15 minutes are a bit limited, and moreso when the weather is rough. So when Freshii opened up just a 4 minute walk away, I was psyched for something different and new! — Coffee(at the little shop in the shared space) is AMAZING and the staff is always super friendly. — The space is very bright and clean, and you can see all of the ingredients when you walk in. — They seem to have a lot of new staff all the time. Just about every time I’ve ordered something there’s always a lot of double and triple-checking. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as I’m patient with new people, but when ordering items with say, NO cheese, I feel like I have to watch them carefully. Twice this has happened where I saw a person accidently put cheese in a salad and then try to manually scoop it out, which I had to interject. I saw this happen today for another person’s order when they accidently put red pepper in it. — The cost IS too expensive, by about $ 4.00 or so for a meal. Up the street you can get a really decent sandwich with unique toppings for perhaps shy of $ 8 or $ 9, and they do not charge for substitutions. I can understand paying a little extra for things like avocado, but not to $ 150.00 for 1⁄5th of one AND, extra for things like a spoonful of wontons? You shouldn’t have to spend $ 16+ for a burrito and a drink, I’m sorry. — I would recommend not having the lids on the trash cans, it’s a pain if you have a lot of stuff in your hands to throw away and honestly NO place has lids on trash cans anymore, at the very least there’s like a partial cover. Someone commented below referring to oscar the grouch, and I agree. That said, the salads are really good and generous for a lunch size, and I’ve never felt starved afterwards, and the staff IS very friendly. Having a quinoa option is also awesome, but again, that’s extra $$$$$. Ultimately I feel if they were to bring the prices down and just get a little more organized, I’d definitely give this place more stars.

The iced mint green tea is so so good — - just what a hot summer day needs! They also have great fresh burritos without the long lines at Chipotle or Boloco, and the spicy lemongrass soup is YUM.

First time at Freshii today. I’m excited, I’ve been looking for a decent lunch place within 2 minutes of my office. The one downstairs is meh. Freshii is not better than Meh. I had a tex mex burrito. Ingredients were good.(A little taken aback by each order being made in an individual plastic bag which is then thrown in the trash.) Could use a little more kick — I didn’t see any options to add kick. If your base is quinoa or rice, it needs a kick. All burritos do really. I digress. SEcond day the food — all six of us agreed — was inedible. BLAGH! They get more than one star for having Flat Black coffee. I had a flat white. Delicious. Maybe not delicious enough for $ 6 though.
