Ate here while waiting for my flight to depart. Place was busy so timing was not on our side, so took the risk anyway. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly. I got the steak tips with bbq sauce, mashed potato and seasoned veggies. I have to say it came out at the right time and my plate was loaded, steak very tender and the bbq sauce is just how I like it sweet with a kick.

Worst service ever!!! The waitress spilled food as she was setting it down on the table, and she said OHSHIT! She then put the food down and walked away, no apologizing, no cleaning up, just left the mess there for my friend to deal with. I’m speechless. The food was ok

We wanted a sit down meal before going to our gate so came here. Initially we were not talked to but when we got our menus they came with an apology for neglecting us. The beer was expensive but the Green Monster IPA was good. Iced tea was fine. My wife got a baseball themed hot dog which was good. I had a southwest chopped salad which was very spicy. We liked the server once things got going(thanks Taylor) and it was good by airport restaurant standards.

On a Wednesday morning waiting for a flight to LA, we had some time to kill and decided to grab some breakfast and morning cocktails. We sat at the bar, and were asked three times what we wanted before we even got a chance to look at the menus; this bartender/server was a piece of work. The attitude she had was appalling, and at first I thought it was just towards us. A little later on, another gentleman sat down near us and she was throwing pretty heavy shade at him as well. When I asked for an Irish coffee, but over ice, she told me that the glasses were«too delicate» to handle hot coffee. In the time it took her to resturn to us, she could’ve left a cup of coffee sitting to cool. As for the food, I will only comment on my own; I ordered eggs florentine, which came with potatoes. My food was ice cold when it was put down in front of me. After my co-diner realized he did not receive the English muffin he ordered in lieu of toast, I had to say something. When I asked her to please nuke my food, she grabbed the plate and said, «yea, fine, I’ll have them remake it,» and when I reminded her of the English muffin, no apology was offerred. When my food returned, it was thankfully hot, but the spinach was mushy, and I had to pour a ton of salt over the tasteless hollaindaise. The eggs were cooked through, not poached, which was disappointing, but the last thing I wanted to do at that point was send it back again. The drinks were good, albeit expensive, as is the case in any airport. After asking for hotter food though, the attitude we got upon ordering another drink was even worse. We were happy to leave shortly after.

Rude, rude, rude bartender!!! What a piece of work! False eyelashes and all! Should have asked for the manager to complain of how horrible we were treated! Asked her if she could put a football game on and you would have thought we asked for her right arm! Sorry lady, but thought you WORKED there!

Krista the server is very impolite. We attempt to ask for a beverage. We politely wave for her attention. She acknowledges then turn to us and said«I’m not your server» and walks away. If this is not your day, I recommend you stay home.

All I can say is, that was the best turkey Reuben sandwich I have ever eaten. Yum yum!!! Nice waitresses too.

I have been here 4 times while flying, and I have had an AWESOME experience every time! I had Eduardo as a waiter 3 times and he’s awesome, super nice and thorough! The food is amazing, I order and then see other food go by and want it all lol

Loved it! Not sure how it holds up at other times, but we were absolutely happy with the food and service. A special BRAVO to our server, Courtney! Above and beyond! Highly recommend!

We waited 10 minutes at a dirty table before it was cleaned, another 5 minutes before our drink order was taken. I can’t honestly review the food because by the time our drinks arrived we didn’t think we’d have time to eat before our flight left. We paid $ 19 for a lemon aid, two kid’s drinks and a 16 oz beer. Oh, and there were fries and a half-eaten grilled cheese sandwich under our table. I would advise eating elsewhere.

We ate here at the Airport location while waiting on our friends arrival as our flight got there first. Service was friendly, and fun… no lack of attentiveness that you often see in airport restaurants. Food was simple, but delicious, and drinks were great. Atmosphere is sporty themed, and there were lots of TVs on and showing various games and shows. If we had gotten to the airport earlier for our flight home we probably would have come back for another snack pre-flight.

Pleasantly surprised. Steak tips were properly cooked. Generous portion and decent pricing. Service was rushed but good. I never look forward to airport dining but this was great.

Airport restaurants are always something of a crapshoot, and not knowing whether anything else awaited me on the other side of Terminal C security, I decided to grab a quick meal here. This was my second time at this establishment, and I’m pretty happy with it. The first time, I had a pretty tasty burger, and this time I had surprisingly excellent fish & chips. I’m a fish & chip snob — these are quite tasty and well executed. Light batter, good crispness, flaky fish cooked perfectly, and decently yummy fries. Abundant tartar sauce — yay. There was a taste in the coleslaw that I didn’t recognize or like, so that went uneaten. I forgot to ask for malt vinegar, so I can’t tell you whether they have it. Service is good — they ask when your flight is and help make sure you get out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly people, big TVs. If I’m hungry the next time I’m awaiting a Jet Blue flight out of Logan, I’ll be back.

By far the best Reuben I’ve ever had. Then again, when you put bacon on it, magic is bound to happen. Friendly service and a good tap select makes this place a great stop.

I would LOVE to rate it higher, just because on a storm battered late opening day, the manager pulled off EXCEPTIONAL service with a limited menu and skeleton crew. Calamari were nice, not chewy and the salads were huge and perfect. But when the sauces are just trying to hard and achieve nothing(the dipping sauce for the calamari was GROSS), you cant do the food justice. Kitchen is clean, and the staff really pulled off a home run given the level of stress and anxiety after cancelled flights, delayed openings. THIS they did, extraordinarily well!

In short, Jerry Remy’s has excellent service(e.g., efficient, friendly and attentive waiters) and delicious food! While waiting for my brother’s flight to arrive to Logan Airport, I ordered a Down East Cider and a Smoked Turkey Sandwich, which consisted of sliced smoked turkey, applewood bacon, smoked Gouda cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sundried tomato relish on a ciabatta roll. The sandwich was delicious, hearty and healthy at the same time. This sandwich came with a choice of french fries or potato chips. The French Fries were dry and fresh out of the fryer!

Very good and attentive service. The veggie burger lacked any flavor and pretty much made me realIze the captive audience of the airport allows this to happen. Ugh! Do travelers not deserve good food?

Kind of silly, but we really enjoyed waiting for our delayed flight here! It started as a need for an outlet to charge our phones. then we got some fries, and then some chili, and then the waiter was nice and brought out some tomato bisque he thought we’d enjoy… And it was so cheap! In an airport! Crazy!

I’m no Sox fan, but this was Rock Solid Airport food. The hot dogs are massive and the bar staff took good care of me. My son loved the fish and chips and I was very satisfied with the TB Rays dog. Now, one thing to think about… I’m not sure that eating massive amounts of hot dog meat before boarding a 6 hour flight is a good idea… you make that call for yourself. Also enjoyed some Monsta IPAs. Best eats in the Logan Airport!

Nice place right outside of terminal c, you know, by the gate to the terminal with no food options. Think big burgers, steaks and good beers. They round out the menu with veggie burgers, fried fish and a few salad selections if burgers aren’t your thing. Every time I’ve been there(which is a few) the servers always ask«when is your flight?» before taking your order-and will do everything they can to make sure you’re out in time for your flight, or even recommend not ordering if it seems to close. It does feel odd to be asked this question when you’re stopping in after your flight… but still nice of them.
