Poor to average service took 45 minutes for food to arrive! Really at an airport??? Suggest slipping it unless you want just a beer. Salad was wilted, chicken pot pie was more chicken soup!!! avoid at all costs. Burger King would have been better!

Although the service was incredibly fast(a little too fast…), the Mac and cheese had no cheese; rather, an unconvincing cream sauce that upset me terribly. My friend ordered a lobster roll, which was decent, but the bun was not toasted, which left the whole scene resembling a wannabe barbecue that just failed. That quality for $ 35??? Less than you would like to expect at an airport restaurant. Take caution, dear friends.

Scrumptuous clam chowder LOADED with clams. Creamy. Rich. GINORMOUS lobster roll. Terrific meal in touristy area. Yummy

No worth to write review. Place was chaotic. Hostess sat me down, than I was waiting for ever for service, than I ordered food and when it come it was wrong temperature. I was disappointed. I’m sure I won’t be back. Airport management should take an action.

Absolutely stay away from this restaurant. Staff is miserable and inattentive. Food was less than marginal. Fish and chips was spoiled and sent back to the kitchen. Barely an apology. This was really bad.

Great drinks, atmosphere and Boston Scrod. I had lots of time to kill between flights, and the bar did the trick!

Stay away! Small bay scallops overlooked and not fresh. Chicken«pot pie» was 4 small pcs of chicken with a puff pastry on side. Fortunately the manager to it all back and we reordered pot roast and burgers. What a way to start a vacation!

Worst service, cold food, their own specialty fish and chips was cold, old, and microwaved. Oh wait. The server just told me that the food was probably cold because they are closing in 20 minutes.

Worst service ever. Four adults two kids, salad with brown lettuce. Waited 40 minutes for food. One meal arrived 45 minutes after first 5 meals were served. Waiter blamed it on kitchen error. Avoid this place, takes advantage of travelers knowing they won’t be back as it is an airline restaurant.

Unusually bad. I seldom feel like I’ve been ripped off at a restaurant but I did here. A $ 16 Chicken Pot Pie turned out to be flavorless chicken meat in thin broth with some thawed frozen vegetables tossed in and a flake pastry triangle on the side. Since when is soup + a croissant called a pot pie? The cole slaw my son got was the only thing worth eating, and he was nice enough to let me eat most of it. He thought his shepherd’s pie was decent, tho. Service was barely there. My advice is eat elsewhere.

Even by aiport stabdards this place is terrible Overpriced Unattentive service Had the Chicken and Boroccoli Pasta. The chicken was incredibly dry and near unchewable Decided to try n fix it with the fudge sundae. Three scoops of tasteless vanilla ice cream with three drops of fudge for 7 bucks. Is this some cruel joke? To top it all off my server was incredibly sliw not to be seen anywhere most of time and did not speak a single wird. Also rolled his eyes when asking to see the menue again?

After worrying that we were going to be relegated to Burger King for dinner, we spotted Durgin Park in the airport. I was so relieved! We had enjoyed the Boston Baked Beans, cornbread, and drinks at the original location so I was glad to have a local experience before heading out of town. As is expected, this is still airport food and not the same quality. I had the lobster sandwich with baked beans(good, but not as good), while my husband got a french dip sandwich. The sandwiches were just okay, but the cornbread was just as delicious as the real deal. Major props to Durgin-Park for offering a solid food option in the airport, but I wish the quality was a little better.

Quick service, but overpriced for what it is and its ambiance. Not really a relaxing place, but this airport terminal has so few food options. Had the fried shrimp, which was good but not worth 23.99…

Like all the other reviews I’ll preface mine with«so I know this is an airport restaurant» and cut to the chase… Durgin Park is a Boston classic for fried seafood and late night drinks; this is a review for their branch in Logan Terminal E. I fly to Europe a lot for work and am used to occasionally finding good food in airports(best bet for this is Münich). This meal was not one of those times. Attempting to take a slightly healthy option ahead of a redeye flight I ordered a seasonally inspired«chefs tasting menu» part of some airport restaurant month special. $ 22 for pan roasted salmon with a maple mustard sauce with four sides on the plate: «hot spinach artichoke dip»(it was luke-warm and weak on every front), beat salad(one 2×2×¼ inch slice, yes one, of roasted beat on a bed of un-dressed raw arugula with a sprinkling of raw walnuts and red onion slices), «roasted fall vegetables»(practically raw Brussels sprouts with a bit of a sear on the edges, seemingly raw diced butternut squash, and a bit of red onion), and«chefs potato»(red potatoes steamed and drizzled with a touch of oil). The salmon was reasonably cooked to temp but over seasoned(and I typically prefer a salty fish). The dish really falls flat. Stick to the fried seafood and beer and you’ll be ha happier customer…

I arrived too early for my flight. Durgin park was very crowded, there was even a line in front of the restaurant, like a fancy place in town! I ordered a blue moon. The waitress offered me a can. Then when she saw my face, she asked if I wanted a glass. Yes, please! The clam chowder was a very small portion for $ 7. Too salty, and the fish is very chewy in it. Chicken wings are very greasy and they didn’t take the time to try to absorb the oil. No choice for the dipping sauce. I was actually looking forward to trying this place… But then again, the only bar/restaurant in the terminal…

This place is a typical airport restaurant with bar with food related to the Durgin Park in Boston. I had the fried fish sandwich which was fine. My bartender, Reya, was attentive and good to chat with.

Checked this place out during a long layover on my way to Iceland. My biggest complaint was that they didn’t provide service at the cocktail tables near the bar. Had to go to the overcrowded bar any time we needed a drink! This fault could potentially be offset by great food, but the Durgin’s grub didn’t hit the spot for me. The shrimp scampi was missing that deep puddle of delicious garlicky buttery sauce that one would normally expect to find in a scampi dish. And the accompanying garlic toast was bone dry… I would catch myself desperately mopping up the sparse traces of garlic butter sauce on the bottom of the dish in an attempt to make the crusty bread more appealing. I simply have a hard time appreciating the«health conscious» approach they are going with here. After all, I ordered the shrimp scampi, not the shrimp scanti!!! Next time, please bring on the butter bath. I might have had better luck with a sandwich, but at $ 20 for a clam roll the risk is too great. If you’re able to nab a spot at the bar and aren’t too hungry, this is just as good as the next airport spot. Drink up.

I realize this is an airport restaurant, but the food quality here is on par with Red Lobster and you’re paying twice as much for it. The glass of Resiling wasn’t bad — hard to fake that — but the first sign something wasn’t quite in line with the fancy-schmancy look of the place was the mashed potatoes that came with my seafood platter. They were instant. I like instant potatoes, but in the right context… like when I’m eating dinner with my six and five year old nieces. At Red Lobster. Actually, I think they use real potatoes. So in an airport, those instant potatoes plus some green beans, two fairly dry shrimp, a small piece of soggy whitefish, and four small, chewy scallops is worth $ 26 plus tax and tip. Wow. I’m on a business trip, so I’m not even paying, but I STILL feel ripped off. At least the waitress was nice enough.

This place is a disaster even for a airport restaurant. Clam chowder came out cold so we sent it back; second one came out barely warm and was the worst I’ve ever had My friend ordered a french onion soup and a server came to our table with a single slice of raw onion asking who ordered«the onion» The fried oysters were subpar and cost $ 23 for a small plate. The French fries were probably the only edible thing Next time you’re in this terminal swing by burger King or sbarros for crap food that doesn’t cost a fortune

Not open until 12 noon. Good stop by for airport food. I would have tried the broiled lobsters with bread crumb stuffing but I’m eating after 1−½ hours I board. I’m just too hungry right now to wait for 2−½ more hours to eat. Best choice if you’re in Terminal E.
