As far as airport restaurants go I really liked Ozone. My husband and I grabbed two lobster rolls and beer pre-departure and were very happy with our decision to pop in. We also enjoyed chatting with the bartender pre-flight. Maybe it’s a different experience when they are busy, but I quite enjoyed myself. It’s pricey, but it’s an airport, so what are you going to do? I’d come back if I find myself traveling through Boston again.

Based on the reviews, I was dreading eating at this place. There is no other casual pace to eat at this terminal. Choices are severely limited. I stayed away from the fish and got the Cuban turkey. It came with salad AND fries. It was enough to split with my mom. All 3 items tasted great too! Nice sun dried tomatoes in the sandwich, nice light lemony dressing on the salad and the fries were crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Absolutely horrible. I felt violated paying that much for a sandwich that would have been better at Wendy’s. Stay away at all costs!

Unfortunately it’s the only restaurant in this terminal so they have no competition. The bar has a limited selection of beers. Today the fish really stinks, we did not order it but could smell it with every fish and chips plate that passed by, it was pretty gross. We ordered chicken instead and it was decent. This is our first experience here and the fish smell really gave us a bad impression. Some of the other terminals at logan have great restaurant and bar choices so by comparison to those this place gets 2 stars.

Pretty bad. I wish I walked some more to choose a better lunch option in Logan.(I was overly hungry & stopped at the 1st food option I saw upon landing.) The chicken sandwich was so bad I only ate a few bite.(I think the sundried tomatoes had turned.) At least the french fries & mixed greens the sandwich came with were edible. I just needed enough food to not faint on the Silver Line ride home.

It is convenient and the only place to eat in Terminal B. Very slow and mediocre food. Limited beer selection. Even when slow bartender seems overwhelmed. Not a lot a choices so I doubt they will change their ways.

Horrible. Really. McDonald’s would have been the better choice. $ 15 cheeseburger that is not even worth $ 2. Greasy and gross. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Come on, people it’s not that bad. This is airport food. Call me crazy, but I rate things based on what can be expected from the situation at hand. For airport food, this is not that bad. Ambiance: «modern» lounge/bar atmosphere. Big bar with lots of seating. Also many tables: high top, table and booths. It wasn’t too busy when we got there, about 6:00PM. As a note, there’s lots of outlets for charging your phone or using your laptop. Service: our waitress was pleasant and prompt. Again, I wish that management required a higher level of attention to the servers’ appearance. Most of the other servers(though not necessarily ours) appeared a bit disheveled. Food: we ordered a Sam Adams Boston Lager(draft, ~$ 6), a cup of coffee and the marshmallow sundae($ 7). The sundae was rather good: had a brownie base, with marshmallow fluff spread over it, topped with a frozen banana, ice cream and whipped cream with caramel sauce. Definitely worth the $ 7, it’s HUGE(two of us couldn’t finish it). As a note, I think that the clientele that frequent this place are not the classiest of flyers. While we were there, a table dropped/shattered a bottle of San Pelegrino on the floor and neglected to tell the staff for at least 15 minutes. Not surprisingly, a glass shard lodged itself in my leather suitcase and later, my hand. Come for a pre-security bite to eat. I’d recommend the sundae, but skip the glass shards. Dang hungover Brits! shattering bottles left and right: P

Pleasant meal at the airport. The menu is simple but had some good gems including the havarti and asparagus panini which was a bit plain but still enjoyable. My fries were on the cold side but my friends’ were pipping hot. The cocktails were fine but probably not worth 11 $. Also a little slow for an airport but was ok for us given that we had time to kill.

Slow service. Frozen food. Good for a quick bite. Nothing special. Beer and drinks if needed.

Wish these stars went to the negative… I give you negative 10 stars. People were ok, food would be better in a third world country, picked out of a trash can. Prices are stupidly high, next time i will starve…

I give you zero stars! There were 2 ppl at the restaurant and you claimed you were SWAMPED! I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the nachos and wine. Wine arrived 20 min later. You then told me that you didnot have cheese for my nachos so I ordered fries. YOU then came back 10 min later saying I CANNOT order fries because you just don’t do that unless it was part of a meal! So I said its ok I don’t need food. But then you disappeared on me… I tried so hard to pay my bill but you made me wait longer for that. You are truly a horrible establishment. May your soul Rest in peace. I am upset because I could’ve spent my precious time at Legal C bar across the lot instead!

Wow. this is definitely a case where I wish I had seen the reviews before I ate here. The food was ok, but honestly I could have gone to the Dunkin Donuts across the way and had a better meal. The prices are astronomical and the service was super slow. The waiter was friendly enough, but he may have been new because he didn’t seem to know many of the answers to our questions. We asked him for a split check and he put it on the same bill. When we asked him again to split it, he charged us for the wrong things. If I’m ever back there I would rather be hungry and wait for the free pretzels on the flight than eat here again.

Probably wouldn’t come back again but compared to the other sit-down breakfast airport food options in the terminal, Ozone was a good choice to sit and chat with your coffee while waiting for the plane. The panini breakfasts are actually decent in both flavor and presentation. However, prices are steep for what you get and the coffee was watered down. At 11am, there was only 1 man working the entire restaurant so service was BEYONDSLOW.

This place looks nice, but unless you’re meeting someone else who isn’t in your security area(the Logan security setup where not everyone in the same terminal is together is strange), go elsewhere. The menu descriptions sound a lot better than they are. Plus the time we were here, a weekday afternoon, they were out of like half of the draft beers they have.

Used to eat their lobster BLT every pay day while working here. Breakfast is very good, as well. Great friendly quick staff.

Set expectations at «airport diner» and you won’t be disappointed with the burnt chicken pucks, tasteless mozzarella balls or a pineapple cocktail that tastes like Pine Sol. I was impressed with the arugula until I threw it up on my flight.

By airport standards, this place is good. By the standard used by the outside, better options, real-world, this place is not great. People only eat here because they don’t want to wait for a crappy Dunkin Donuts sandwich behind some dopey girl in sweat pants ordering an extra large iced coffee with two cups of cream and 14 sugars. The food at Ozone is passable. I’d stick with the over-priced, but effective red wine.

I just want something make to order… Something warm and fresh… After checking into my flight… and driving 1 hour to get to the airport through rush hour traffic… I just want to have some comfort… a place I can sit down and chill until I ready to go through security. Ozone is the only choice here pre Security… The sign outside the restaurant promised Clam Chowder and Fish and Chips… those sounded good and comforting and even at 9:30AM… I want some of those. I guess I came to Ozone too early… Before 11AM. I only get have breakfast… no clam chowder… no deep fried fish… oh well… Egg and Ham and Cheese Panini with Home Fries($ 9.99) — I was hoping for my panini to be in the form of Ciabatta or some sort of Italian artisan bread… not on 2 piece of white bread… — At least the ingredients tasted fresh and the cheese are oozing out … — Fries are piping hot. I guess when I am in an airport and I am hungry… I really easy to be satisfied… But why would Todd English put his name on this Panini? Nothing special about it… but at least I am full and happy.

I should have turned around as soon as I saw that this was a Todd English joint. It would have been better to go hungry, I kid you not. My boss and I were on our way to DC and needed lunch, so I had one of my worst meals in recent memory. Even for airport food, Ozone was over-priced and under-delivered. I ordered the arugula salad with grilled chicken. How do you screw something this simple up? Well, you overdress it in advance so when you serve it, it’s a soggy mess. My boss got the turkey panini sandwich. The«turkey» in the sandwich were the preformed cold cuts that one gets at lesser delis. With our sodas and tax and tip, our lunches were $ 20 each. If you’re taking the US Air Shuttle, hold out until you pass the security checkpoint and eat inside.
