Juan is pretty reliable when called. Sometimes he has to decline if hes on the other side of town but at least he doesnt leave you hanging.

Very bad black cab experience. After agreeing upon a flat rate that would be paid by card. When we arrived at our destination the driver claims his card machine is down since it’s connected to his phone and the battery is dead. Then after switching to pay cash, he provides no change and ends up taking more than 3 times what a regular cab would cost.
I’ve done über several times and I’m used to car service prices but this felt like an experience in being hustled. Stay far away from the JS Car Service.
