Jumbo Moving and Storage

I absolutely LOVED them. They were so nice to deal with and so professional. They were on time and very efficient. From my first call to the last minute of my move, they were a pleasure. I would highly recommend using them and plan on referring them to anyone I know who needs a moving service. Thank you JUMBO for making my move so easy.

Well, I tried to give these guys my business. We are planning a long haul move. I set up a time for them to come and estimate what it would cost for a full pack. They never showed up or called me to tell me they were running late etc. So I called them and asked if they were coming. The guy who answered couldn’t believe the estimator hadn’t showed up and told me that he would call me right back.
Well, the estimator called me back and gave me some lame excuse as to why he didn’t show up (no apology… and if there was a reason he couldn’t show up, common courtesy is you CALL THE CUSTOMER!) Still, he asks if we can reschedule for an hour later. I hesitantly agreed.
Fast forward to when he is supposed to come the second time. He still isn’t here 20 minutes after the agreed upon time. Still NO CALL. So I called the company to cancel and he actually answered. I said «Well, you didn’t show up a second time so I’m not using your company.» He said «Well, I’m only like 5 minutes away but if you want to cancel, ok» I don’t think he was only 5 minutes away!
So…they won’t be getting my business. And too bad for them because it would have been a lucrative one.

They made me and my fiancé very relaxed. They worked so hard and it was raining !! i will be using you guys again next time i move THANK YOU

After extensive search to find a reliable moving company, we selected jumbo movers for our local move and we were very pleased with the services received. The Packing was conducted with extreme care and the delivery of goods were received in the superb condition as they were. We shall certainly recommend jumbo movers to anyone moving premises.
