I wish I could give something less than a star but in order to write a review, I’ll have to give one. This place promised to deliver flowers on valentines day and did not deliver. Promises and orders do not mean anything for these people. please avoid ar all cost

Terrible customer service. I had a bad experience with Kabloom several years ago but decided to give them another chance in hopes that they had improved their company, and because I had an online deal.
Approximately 2 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day, I placed an online order for a dozen red roses to be delivered to my parents. I paid for the order to be delivered by 7pm on February 14^th.
When Valentine’s Day arrived, I was interested in tracking my order online to see if they had arrived to my parents yet. When I went to their website and attempted to track my order, I continuously received error messages that Kabloom did not recognize my email address. This made no sense at all, as this was the email address I had used to place my online order (and I had successfully received my confirmation email at this email address, so clearly they had it correctly in their system). I was growing frustrated, not being able to log in and track my order. So I called the 800 number, expecting this issue to be resolved fairly simply. Upon calling their number, the phone just rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered, nor was there any type of operator, recording, message, etc. Very frustrating. Out of options, I wrote them an email, informing Kabloom that I could not log in to the site to track my order because it was suddenly not recognizing the email address they had reached me at a couple of weeks prior, and I also could not reach them by phone. I kindly asked them to return my email or contact me by phone to A) confirm that my order had successfully been delivered, or B) correct the log-​in issue with the website so that I could go on and check the delivery status myself. I never received a response to that email. POOR customer service!
Finally, 2 days after Valentine’s Day, I tried calling Kabloom yet again. This time, someone miraculously answered the phone. I explained I would like to confirm delivery of my order. I provided the woman with my order number and she told me that yes, my order was delivered on Valentine’s Day at 5pm. I thanked her and hung up. When I talked to my parents, whom I had sent this order to, they told me they had JUST received the flowers! They did NOT receive them on Valentine’s Day as I had paid for… meaning the woman I spoke to on the phone from Kabloom outright lied to me. Wow. The flowers were not cheap, and when you’re in the business of making occasions SPECIAL, you should really try to get that right and not waste people’s special plans and money.
Needless to say, I will not be using this company again. If you are looking to purchase flowers, I suggest you take your business elsewhere! What a hassle.

I generally like the flower buying experience and Kabloom used to be my source for good quality flowers. But the Kablooms in my area have all closed. hmm not a good sign. Anyways I go to purchase some flowers and I expect the normal wrap up the flowers throw some miscellaneous green stuff and a baby’s breath and include a packet of flower extender stuff. Well apparently that all costs extra now. I think it was either $ 2 or 4. I declined that. When I asked for the packet of stuff I was told that they dont do that and to just use water. Gee thanks. I suspect this location will be closing soon too…
