Ordered an Italian sub and French fries from here last night. Fries were cold and stale. And the Italian was composed of bread, cold cuts, and a slice of cheese… No lettuce, no tomato, no peppers, no dressing… Nothing. Just dry bread and meat.

I just ate at Land of Pizza for the 1st and last time. I don’t know what was worse. The pizza, the fries, or the constant loud chatter, yelling and cussing between the employees. The old phrase «stay with what you know «certainly applies here.

Customer Service: Owner was amazing made you feel right at home sharing conversation and laughs and his opinion on what you should get and how he likes certain food and a great honest opinion
Location: It is in a great location I could only imagine the amount of business they get though they have competition because of the many other pizza places around
Food: I got the Small Bianco with Chicken and Spinach and I’m in love it was well seasoned and nicely cheesy and FLAVORFUL
I SHALL BE BACK…

The best of the worst! I mean let’s be honest, Southie just doesn’t get it when it comes to pizza places and I cannot for the life of me figure it out. Someone step up and throw a TC Lando’s in South Boston already!
Best pizza in southie, which isn’t saying much. If you’re looking for a solid customer experience with pretty standard sub shoppe food, this is your best bet for my money. Consistently above average.

Best pizza in southie. They do a good Greek style pizza with gooey cheese and a nice buttery crust. But not too crusty. Also, all the guys that work here are super nice and delivery is quick and easy. Id also recommend the sausage and pepperoni calzone, or the chicken parm calzone.

I’ve never written a review on Unilocal before, but was really impressed with Land of Pizza so figured I’d put it out there. Having lived in Southie for several years, I’ve had plenty of bad takeout experiences. Finally was pleasantly surprised by Land of Pizza. The bf and I had the Pollo Alfredo pizza, seriously awesome. Not greasy and sloppy like a lot of other southie pizza. The fries were really good too, well cooked and also not greasy. Overall, excited to have a new place to order in from on those lazy nights.

This is the best food in 2 127. The staff is friendly the delivery driver is a cutie pie and the food is delicious. Their calzones are out of this world. And their Pizza blows the doors off every place around. Have a seat inside great atmosphere. I just wish they sold beer… then i would be able to get rid of all of my key chain coupon bar code things.

It is interesting how that whole strip, perhaps all of Boston makes their pizzas in a same manner. You can tell by the look of it. All in all I thought these pizzas were great for what they were. Yum.

This place has great pizza, I loved it, and I’m very critical of pizza. For months I’ve been trying to find a good go-​to pizza place and I think this one will be it. We also got the onion rings which were great. That being said, I would never get their wings again. They were simply awful, instead of calling them Buffalo wings, my boyfriend and I now call them meat globs, because that’s what they were. But the pizza was just really really great.

Stopped into Land of Pizza after going to Bank of America one day, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff is friendly, and the pizza is delicious! I LOVE their 2 slices of cheese and a soda for less than $ 5 deal. I’ve been there twice and have ordered this deal both times. The last time, I also tried an order of the curly fries, which were great and came in a large portion. I look forward to trying other items on their menu!

Only 3 stars because I haven’t explored the menu as much as I want to.
The cheese pizza is perfect. It is addicting. Also — the Hawaiian Calzone is unreal. I’d definitely recommend it.
Good service and timely delivery.
Nothing bad to say about it — just haven’t tried the whole menu yet.

The subs here are the best! I just had a cheesesteak with peppers and onions. Absolutely the freshest bread. Not a speck of grease. It was so delicious, I want to kick myself for not getting a large. When I want Greek pizza, this is the place I call. I can’t remember being unhappy with anything I’ve ordered.

Lando’s is by far my favorite place to eat in southie, I pretty much order a buff chix sub everyday from 11 – 1 and sometimes order again at night because there subs are that fuckin great. They are made perfectly, never sloppy or oozing out of places, bread is always toasted and delicious, best sub of my life. I’ve also had there pizza which was great and i dont normally eat greek style pizza. my girlfriend loves their salad which is super fresh.
And on top of the great food are the employees. The owner and all the employees are genuine people. Couldnt find nicer and more outgoing people in southie.
If you don’t like lando’s then your wrong.

This is a decent pizza place, where they make a good pizza with a thick crust. I’ve ordered from this place a dozen times; they always get the order right, and they make the food quickly. Half of the time, I bring an expired coupon and they honor it anyway.

We ordered 5 large pizzas for lunch a couple of weeks ago for a group of 15 of us at work. The pizza is thick; the type of slice that doesn’t bend when you pick it up and hoist it towards your mouth. The buffalo chicken with jalapenos was eye watering good and was the first to be devoured.
The only problem we had was we had a coupon, and it took about 5 minutes for the kid behind the counter to figure out what to do with it
I’d order from here again.

I’d really like to give ½ of a star but it doesn’t allow me to do that. A-​B-​S-​O-​L-​U-​T-​E-​L-​Y the worst pizza I have ever experienced in my life. Would have rather of order from Papa John’s or made a Boboli at home. Walking in the pies are on display in the front glass case.
The crusta looked like it was frozen and prego was poured on top of it. When we finally got it, the slices were so small, nothing like a regular HAND SPUN pie. And it was like biting into a frozen Ellio’s pizza at home.

My litmus is Same Old Place in JP. This isn’t terrible, but it doesn’t even come close.
Nice guys running the place, which is a plus. The pizza is kept in a warmer, making the slices doughy. It tastes like the pizza I used to get at the annual fireman’s fair, which is points for summoning good childhood memories, but not great for pizza.
If you like a crisp crust, you will not like this pizza.
