Lilly Pulitzer Store

I only really write reviews when I think a place is awful, as a warning for others. This is one of those stores you should steer clear from. I was only in the store for 5 minutes before my brain wanted to explode. The girls that work here are incredibly rude and self-​centered. They were just chatting about their vacation plans instead of helping me. Even as one of them rang up my item, she never acknowledged me… she kept chatting with her coworker and looked almost annoyed that I would interrupt her conversation.

I went into this store the other day, excited as ever for the Lilly Pulitzer store since I LOVEE LILLY PULITZER but I was very off-​put since I was ignored. I wasn’t greeted or even asked if I need any help as I walked around the store so I left.
BUT I wanted to give it another go. I didn’t want this sour taste for the Lilly Pulitzer store or Lilly Pulitzer in general so I went again today and I was still ignored. There was another woman who stood next to me, looking through a stack of shorts while I looked at another stack of shorts and the employee asked the other woman if she could help her find anything or maybe look for a size but walked right by me afterward.
The only time I was given attention was when I made my purchase and left. I really didn’t want to give this store any of my money, but I’ve been looking for some sweet croakies and i knew they had some!
All in all, I think I’m sticking to shopping online for my Lilly Pulitzer goods. They didn’t have the sorority print lines anyway and that was what I was particularly looking for & the service was horrid. I gave this place a two-​star rating since I still love the product, just not this particular store.
